Highly recommend this place! So inclusive and a real "family" feel.
Each of the instructors is highly knowledgeable yet has their own unique way of teaching so each class is a different experience.
As someone with injuries I've tried soo many different forms of exercise to try to keep myself fit without causing pain & i have to say HOT YOGA is the best one for me. The heat encourages relaxed muscles and the instructors can offer lots of alternatives if I'm uncomfortable or merely unable to do a particular pose.
You're always welcomed with a smile and when its been a few days/weeks since your last class there's an excited "HI!" from them too.
If you're still unsure try the YIN classes on a Wed/Fri they'll have you hooked in minutes!
