They were very prompt to answer the phone and answer all the questions I had. They also made room for me in the schedule even though they said they were pretty booked up, I really appreciated that. My only complaint was that there was one small spot that got missed in the kitchen but it was very small and not a big deal. I feel obligated to warn others about my experience…read more We hired this company for a deep cleaning and had also arranged recurring monthly cleanings afterward. Unfortunately, what we received was nothing more than a minimal surface clean. Many of the areas that should have been the focus of a deep clean were left completely untouched. They also used an old, low-quality vacuum that did little to actually clean our home. Looking at the condition of our house after they left, I genuinely wonder what their regular cleaning service would even include. To make matters worse, after providing what I considered a very poor-quality service, they had the audacity to ask for a tip because, according to them, they had done a "great" job. After the cleaning, I provided detailed feedback along with numerous photos highlighting the areas that had been missed. They acknowledged the concerns, apologized, and promised they would return to address the uncleaned areas. That never happened. We had also confirmed our next monthly appointment. Based on that confirmation, we prepared our home and rearranged our schedules to accommodate them. On the day of the appointment, they simply never showed up. We called and tried reaching them multiple times but received absolutely no response. No phone call, no text, no apology, and no explanation. We had postponed other commitments to accommodate their visit, only to be completely ignored. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. It's one thing to deliver poor service, but it's another to confirm appointments, waste your customers' time, and then disappear without any communication. I've attached photos showing what this company considers a "deep clean." You can judge the quality of the work for yourself. If you're looking for a reliable cleaning company, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Save yourself the money, frustration, and inconvenience. Based on my experience, I would never use this company again and cannot recommend them to anyone.

As it's on the 4th floor of a 5 story building pressure washing was not a reasonable option. This was a big job that I knew would probably take me an entire day and a lot of elbow grease. Sheila from Spotless replied to my message within an hour and offered to come and see the problem area so she could give me a fair quote. Her price was well below the prices suggested by other companies and she and her partner did such an amazing job!
