Steve M Page, went to see him for a broken wrist, after having just take new X-rays at the facility, Doctor Page decided to explain what was wrong with my wrist,not by showing me the X-ray,but grabbing a piece of paper, drawing three line and saying your wrist is broken here,you need surgery, never in my life I saw a doctor doing something like that, I asked him how much, he went out,came back, saying about $18.000, it sounded crazy to me , at that point he told me I could just put a cast of for a month, I said yes ,and he disappeared, after I went to 3 other orthopedic,all three explained why surgery would have been better option, they all told me different prices, but not close to $18.000, to me is just a scam bag, that is all about money, I wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy, he is a tool ,he looks like he had to many face lifting, , maby all those chemical effects his brain. read more

First of all without Dr constant I have no idea the amount of pain I would be in today. I have suffered from extreme migraines all my life and that has been a very, very long time.. I had him give me Botox injections one time at the place. He practiced before he came to 360., I had to hunt him down to find him there because I had never had such great results since then in order to keep me out of pain we've had to do epidural we've had to burn nerve endings, but he's done everything in his power to try his very best to reduce the amount of days that I can't get out of bed. The office staff there have been amazing.. I know that I'm not their only patient and sometimes I need to wait to get that call back but I've had him personally call me himself.. maybe not everybody experiences the same thing with their doctor, but I can tell you from my experience. He has been an absolute godsend. I've suffered for 70 years and I am so blessed to finally be able to have days that I can enjoy with my family and my grandchildren., maybe not as many as I like, but I do have them. Sorry for all the people that have an experienced the same thing with Dr constant because I don't see anything but a gentle and very caring physician who is very precise very detailed and very caring.. I can't imagine the amount of stress that they work under every single day when they walk through that door peoples lives and health are in their hands to make the right decisions. I am in the process of waiting spinal fusion surgery. My pain management doctor is Dr. Justin Raye of 360 Orthopedics. On a Friday evening I was in excrutiating pain and called the after hours number and left a message. Within 30 minutes, Dr. Raye personally called me to discuss the situation and called in the necessary medication. He also said that he would call the surgeon performing the spinal fusion and see if the date could be moved forward. If you want a doctor that not only listens but takes a personal interest in your condition, I can't think of a better doctor. read more

I am so impressed with Dr Herman who did my EMG. The staff worked hard to get me in while I was in Florida. The EMG can be painful but with Dr Herman I barely felt a thing. I have had 4 EmG's with him and they are painless compared to Mayo and other places. read more

Consulted Dr. Constant. Very poor experience and I will never return there. Not a friendly practice, it needs some management.

A follow-up to patients in regards to a review that was written about Dr Constant and 360 Orthopedics. The doctor has dropped a patient. This happened when medical care and procedure were questioned. I feel bad that I'm writing a negative review because I really liked Dr. Mahoney. He said I needed an MRI, and that they'd call me. I waited 1 week, but no phone call. So I called the office back & got scheduled for an MRI at a place that wasn't open that day or time. I've called back twice now & haven't gotten a return call. Now I need to find a new place. read more

REGARDING: 360 Orthopedics Therapy in Lakewood Ranch, FL. My doctor called 2x and I called 2x for an appointment. "No returns calls". I got appointment over a week later. I paid my high co-pay upon arrival. Insurance was billed for an Occupation Therapy appointment and a Physical Therapy appointment on my 1st and only appt (billed 2 ways for 1-appt.). I received an additional bill for "therapeutic exercises" which was a hand massage for additional $. The PT never told me that this hand massage billed as therapeutic exercise was not part of appointment and will cost me even more $. I would not recommend this place. I never went back. Communication and return phone calls is terrible here. I will let my friend know at the Orthopedic Surgeon Office to never recommend this place along with my insurance provider. read more

1st Visit- went there for a cortisone shot...of course I was hard sold on an MRI before the shot, which took forever to get approved , but I'll blame the insurance company for that. After getting that 1st new patient overcharged bill, I tried to schedule AGAIN a cortisone shoe before I can go down the MRI/surgery/Physical therapy road. My contact there is someone in insurance who tried a least 3 times to get the Dr's assistant, Nick, to get me scheduled. Not a word back from him. Forget about calling unless you just want to stay on hold and ultimately be forced to leave a voicemail message. I'm not feeling good about giving them any more money since patient care is not exactly their strong suit as I can gather. read more

One star is over doing it. Ok, were do I start? I would give them one start and that is only because I did not die during surgery. I had a Humorous Prolateral break. 12 bolt and a plate from my shoulder to almost my elbow. The first appointment was 2 weeks after the break. I received an Ex-ray and was never told the extent of the break or time to heal and I have broke many bones over the years. The day before the surgery I paid my Dr.'s fee at the hospital and was told I would get a call for my surgery the next day. Since I have had other surgeries, I knew the routine. 730 am came and that morning I had to call the hospital to see if the doctor had me on the board. I was scheduled and it was due in a half hour. I never meet with the doctor prior to surgery or after surgery. I never received post op instructions. If you think you will get the fuzzy feeling that they care, you will be very disappointed. You can never talk with anyone who can make a decision. They send you a text for everything and that is the only way they communicate with you after surgery. Many times it took a week before they would call in pain meds and this type of bone surgery takes 6 month to a year to complete repair and function. I also used their physical therapy and since I have two special needs boys I was already a head of the P.T.s, plus I do my homework on any medical condition since I have been a Type 1 Diabetic for 63 years. My best friend is a Orthopedic Surgeon with board certification on Sports medicine. I sent him all the information and Pre, Post 1 and Post 2 x-rays with the above information. He was not impressed with this level of service or the approach the Doctor took. Waiting 2 weeks to do surgery on a major break. They gave me no extra bandages and the one on me blew up. I had to purchase my own waterproof island bandages so I did not cause infection. To sum this up, I would never use him again for anything. No communication and they call their service Pain management. That is a joke since you can get a hold of anyone and once you do it takes a week to get pain meds. I have killed my taste bud from Advil and Naproxin. I have never seen Dr. Page since my first 5 minute appointment. PA and assistants are the ones that carry the load. I have received better care with more feeling and follow up from school nurses than Dr. Page. I am not angry since many doctors only care about the all mighty dollar, not the oath they took. If you are looking for an orthopedic surgeon, look somewhere else if you can. Luckily I grew up where all my friends were M.D. and not D.O.s or P.A. Do not use 360 orthopedic at any of their offices. I would not give this group of so called doctors one STAR, You won't get the great care they say they give. Personal care, NO, great care, NO. These guys are just like HCA's Level 3 roadside ER's get you in and can't help then they send you to a level 4 ER. I would trust a Vet before I used them again. Vets love their patients. so dress up in a furry outfit and act like a pet. You may get warm a and friendly helping hand. At least that would make the out of pocket of over 10k worth it. I am so upset about this that I think I am going to report them to AHCA and if your on Medicare JACHO. Oh, the Physical Therapists know less than a licensed professional misuse. read more

You can never get these people on the phone to make an appointment. Either the phone line is always busy or when it tells you to leave a voicemail for someone to call you back, you get another recording saying the mailbox is full and can't take any messages. Guess they don't need any more business. read more

Lets just say my TKR 2021 did not go well. Now 2023 and still can not bend knee or walk correctly. Dr Page operated three times on knee Did. P. T. non stop and last several visits to dr. did not see him for appointments, He sent in his asst. or nurse, not quite sure, Then told her to TELL me to go get another dr. That was so shocking and I have not gotten over it yet. Almost 3 years now . I then called to get my medical records and they told me to go to the other office in Sarasota they did not have time and I had over 500 sheets and it would be $1.00 per sheet. I have been totally traumatized by the Dr and his office. I am sorry that I ever made this decision. I would say to anyone, do your homework first. Just feel like I need to let people know the truth. Steer clear of this clinic. Especially if you are a Veteran using the VA community care system. The communication here is terrible. I have used the VA community care network many times and this clinic is by far the worst ever. My referral and VA authorization was approved on 11/01/21. I always get a copy of the VA approval and authorization once it has been confirmed with the provider. Today is 12/16/21 and they have yet to call and set up an appointment. I used them for previous pain management and a Dr. Justin Raye and ran into a couple of major screw ups in communication. #1. The VA approval for my neck was placed and approved on 6/21/21. I arrive for me first RFA in my neck after two previous injections did little.. I'm in pre-op waiting to go into surgery. IV in, paperwork and all checks done. Then they come up to me and say they don't have the VA authorization for which I am in there for. WTF doesn't anyone there check the paperwork. They then make me wait an additional 45 minutes on the cold table while they get this corrected through the VA. Problem is, the VA referral included this procedure and much more, but I guess they don't read all the notes. #2. The worst was the fourth of four visits for the neck where Dr. Raye did a Radio Frequency Ablation on my neck. After my in clinic appointments, the last RFA was on Nov 15, 21. My wife and I arrive per instruction given to me from the scheduler who called me the day before from Premiere Surgery Center in Sarasota, Fl. They always call the day before with the time you need to arrive and with other instructions. We get there, check in and they say I'm not even on the schedule. They have my referral and authorization, all in clinic visits are completed, I get my call and they even set up my following visit on Nov 30th, yet they forgot to put me into the schedule. WTF. I talked with Kim, who is the clinic administrator at Premiere and she apologized and they then said oh, someone canceled so we can squeeze you in. #3. On Nov 30th, I had a followup with Dr. Raye at 360 Orthopedics in Lakewood Ranch. We discussed the previous procedures and that they are having minimal success on my neck so we discussed additional options. He then says, I'll be right back and walks out. He never returned and a nurse came in to give me my paperwork to check out. Wait, Dr. Raye said he would be right back so she goes and gets him. We then discuss my low back spinal stenosis and getting me into scheduling so we can move on this like they did my neck. The VA referral was approved on Nov 1, 2021 and today is December 16, 2021 and they have yet to call and get me into an appointment. I called in to see why and talked with Angela who then hung up on me. She should be fired. This is no way to treat patients or disabled Veterans. I called back to talk with the clinic administrator to file a complaint and Mariela placed me on hold for several minutes, then came back and said all managers are in a staff meeting. Ya we all know the cat and mouse game. I'll bet I don't hear from anyone. Wow it took her several minutes to learn this before getting back to me. This clinic and Premiere Surgery is very ineffective when it comes to dealing with disabled Veterans with service connected injuries. They drive up anxiety and have terrible customer service and drag their feet, slow to response and forget paperwork, appointments and then make you feel like its your problem, have terrible communications, claim they don't have paperwork when the VA in Washington DC shows they have been sent the authorization weeks earlier. If they really don't want to work with the VA, then they should bow out of the CCN network for Veteran medical care. Us Veterans don't deserve this kind of treatment and they should all be ashamed of themselves. Dr. Raye and his team are so professional. They are kind, responsive and thorough. They have helped me at every step of the process. My questions have been answered and Dr Raye takes the time to truly listen. The office is well-run and my appointments happen on time. His technical skills at RFA are like that of an artist. I waited over an hour past my scheduled appointment time before Dr. Grahaam came in. no apology, nothing. I ordered special orthodics for $500. He said they take a week or two to make and when they come in, his office would fit them into whatever shoes I wanted. after two weeks I called to check on the inserts and had to leave a message as they will never answer a call. I received a nasty return call three days later telling me it takes a week or two for them to make the inserts, (duh, it was now almost three weeks) and then she said don't call back. after 3 1/2 weeks, I called again with two questions, one to make sure the order was correct as my receipt was wrong and two, to check on the order. NO RETURN CALL. After 4 weeks, I got a call saying the inserts had arrived and I can pick them up whenever. I went to pick them up and was told that no one was available to fit the orthodics in my shoes. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON 360 ORTHODICS, DR. GRAHAAM OR FLORIDA ORTHODICS. I have been seeing Kennedy-White Ortho for many years. I decided to try 360 Ortho on the advice of a friend who went there and liked it. While the x-ray tech and durable medical equipment tech were great, I found Dr. Raye to be less than stellar. After two MRI's I was scheduled for a spinal cortisone injection, which was cancelled last minute due to concerns from the anesthesiologist about my weight. I get it and that is their call, however all I asked was for Dr. Raye to call me to discuss options. Twice I get a call from his assistants saying I need to come in for an appointment with him to discuss it. Another $60 co-pay for what could be handled with a five minute phone consult. I realize now that money comes first with them. My mistake for not going back to Kennedy-White Ortho. A mistake I will never again repeat. Do yourselves a favor and go see the A team at Kennedy-White. read more

I should have known not to use this place. Took 3 days to get an appointment for a broken ankle. After the visit, it took 4 days to get a script for pain relief. I found most of the staff to be rude. I'm hopeful today will be the last vIst as I sit waiiting for almost an hour now to see the doctor. Do yourself a favor go somewhere else. read more
