This has to be the most unprofessional company in Michigan. We've been having our decks stained at our vacation condos for about 3 or 4 weeks now and I haven't had any complaints until about 2 weeks ago when the owner's daughter came to work on the decks. She has the filthiest mouth on her. She was racist towards two of the African American employees and loudly made fun of other races while working. I had to close my door. The disrespect never ended with her. As an older woman, I was raised to speak like a lady and not a jailhouse criminal. If I had anything to say about them hiring them for the job I would have sent them home! Completely outraged! The owners of the company need to do a better job with their employees. The only people on the job who were respectful and worked diligently were the African American lady and gentleman, even when the owner's daughter was nagging and being rude towards them. Horrible business. My husband and I wanted our home in Essexville to be painted but I think we will be looking elsewhere. read more

wow, what a crew. they painted the entire inside of my home, closets and all. they always showed up on time, they did extras without question. they even moved everything too. i couldn't have asked for a better crew. they were wonderful. and the price for all they did was better then i could find elsewhere. i think it took them three days to finish. i just stayed out of there way and answered any questions the may have. when they were don the boss lady came by and inspected and made sure i was 100% satisfied which i was.......bottom line......you cant do better then 360 painting sterling lorne read more

The first 2 painters did a fantastic job! The wall clean up and paint job were superb. They cleaned up each day. The third painter, on the second day was somewhat less careful. He missed patching a crack in the wall, and we found paint drips on the counter and on the floor. read more
