This Sr. Sales manager sold my senior parents a system to good to be true. First of all, I never…read morewrite these reviews, but I'm so frustrated with this salesperson and the lack of service after the sale I felt I had to. He made primises to my parents about channels they would get that were just false, and also about the billing price. My father passed about a month after the guy sold then the system, so it took a little while for my mom to notice the issues as she was a little busy and distracted obviously. So now she is alone and those channels she specifically asked about and was promised would be part of their package, well they didn't exist. She noticed her missing shows now more than ever and that upset her very much. She was way too busy still dealing with things from my fathers death, but that little bit of downtime she had at night, she just wanted to relax and watch an hour of her favorite tv. Well then the next problem that arose was the bill, which was more than she was told it would be, but really didnt notice it until a few months later because of the distractions. Then the bad weather started to hit and the satellite signal was often lost and we were without television. When she finally got around to calling this salesman for some help, he told her to call AT&T to get everything fixed. Okay, so I have been trying to help alleviate some of my mom's paperwork problems and did this for her. So I called AT&T and finally was able to talk to customer service, but I hit a roadblock when I didn't know my fathers 4 digit passcode or his security questions, the worst part is neither did my mom. We usually now all of his favorite things, but for some reason he changed things up a little, maybe his way of playing a joke, kind of funny I guess. Anyways back to Debois, I wouldn't trust this salesman as far as I could throw him and wish we wouldn't have had such an old system from dish network and maybe we wouldn't be in this situation now. It's kind of trivial in the big picture, but it's just one more problem of the many that have popped up, that my mom doesn't have to deal with.

He changed out an eye, the pan, and turned/tweaked the outside equipment.  Finally, David told me "I will fix it".  He promised an upgraded package (silver to gold) for the same monthly cost as what we were paying.  He assured us that it would improve our service and we would have a better experience.  Despite the service interruptions and problems we had, the changes made did not make our service or experience any better.    Finally, we decided we had had enough of poor service and I called 3May23 and was told that we were locked in to a 2 year contract that expired in 18 months and we would be required to pay $15 per each month in the remaining contract to terminate our service.  We did not sign a contract after the late March 2022 initial set up (1yr), how could we possibly have a 2 year contract with a 18 month balance?  I requested Viasat to provide a copy of the contract that was signed and the e-document that was provided was signed by someone (NOT ME) on 10/25/2022 at 15:23 CDT with an IP address of 172.243.193.188.   At 15:23 CDT on 10/25/2022 I was at work 20 miles away, and did not sign this agreement.  Most likely a Debois Pro Satellite employee, fraudulently entered my name into a 2 year contract that we were unaware of. We also have a copy of the work order from Debois, that is also missing our signature.  Debois Pro Satellite have been the only ones out here to provide support or equipment changes.

We had him install solar power in our off grid property in Tawas. We have continued to hire him for additional work in Tawas and even for work at our house downstate in Bloomfield Hills. In our Bloomfield house he figured out an EMF hotspot that no one else could fix, and even found additional errors along the way that he corrected that were serious fire hazards from previous installers. He is brilliant and knows everything about electricity and solar, old-school electricians couldn't do what we were asking and Jeremy was the one that delivered, he can figure out anything! It's not often you run into such a genuinely sincere and fantastic human being such as Jeremy. He is definitely our go to guy for anything electric as long as he is in business!
