The guy I spoke to was short with me and unfriendly saying "all sales are final there's absolutely nothing we can do, it's state law". He asked me if I opened them up and tried them in the store, that was never offered to me or suggested. I told him that I understand what he said about state law prohibiting the issue of a refund. However I just moved to the area and I'm trying to find my regular local vape shop. I said this is my first time coming to your shop and $20 wasted. I've had 3 disposable vapes that have failed after just a few days and was given no help to address this. No information on getting help from manufacturers. No offer of help which is their policy. Also. They don't get my preferred flavor and brand often I have called and requested them often but all I'm told is that they haven't come in. I appreciated the competitive pricing but I don't need cheaper as much as a unit that works completely. For this I recommend Fatboy as a standby secondary store but one should find a better store for consistency and better service. I'll update when appropriate.
