When you ask to look at a product. Instead of just letting you look at it they so you can decide before you buy, they just rifle through their inventory like you have already decided to buy it, wasting a whole bunch of time if you decide you don't want that product. If you mention you are in a hurry they will give you a whole bunch of bad attitude. They say they do this because the employees "forget to put one back". So because their employees are incompetent, they have decided to waste a whole bunch of other people's personal time. I had never been to this dispensary before, I was visiting a friend out of town. When I came in and was using the ATM, the two women behind the counter decided to make loud commentary on my outfit in a derogatory way, for an uncomfortable amount of time. It was so weird I've never had anything like that happen to me in any establishment. what i have notice when I buy ounce the jar lid is always lose and when I get home the food seal is always broken and it never weight an ounce. The food seal is always pulled up in one area are there employee stealing. I try to check in the store 3/29/2024 the employee said you cannot open it in the store and the jar lid was lose and once again the food seal was pull open on one side. do they not understand what is going on in there own store. I usually shop at New Vansterdam, and occasionally Main St, but I thought I would try out this new one since I really needed a topical for rheumatoid arthritis on my hands and I was in the neighborhood. Unfortunately, because of the rheumatoid arthritis on my hands, I couldn't get my license out of my wallet. Evidently it didn't matter that they could see the entire face of my license, if I couldn't get it out, I couldn't come in. End of story. They were neither rude nor nice, they were nothing. They literally could not have cared less. Evidently I was just another old lady with personal problems. I'll never go back. I went to New Vansterdam's and everything was fine, per usual. They have a fine selection and good prices there are better nearby but it isn't bad. I was hoping I would like this store because it is much closer than were I normally go, I wouldn't return because of my experience with returning/exchanging a cartridge I purchased. The cartridge didn't work I still had my receipt and the packaging like required, I brought it in and asked to exchange it and was asked if I brought my batteries because "we are going to try everything possible before exchanging it" which I think it's pretty wild because I showed them the cartridge didn't work and just wanted a new one. He then had me show him that my battery worked with another cartridge that I have and then took both of my cartridges to the back of the store and tried them on his own personal battery. Once he decided that I was right and cartridge didn't work he said I could exchange but then said I should not get the same kind because it also could not work but would not give me my money back, so I couldn't get the product I originally purchased or my money back??? Eventually I got the same brand i originally purchased and the employee went outside with me to check that it worked because apparently now we weren't allowed to check that it was working inside even though we were about 15 minutes prior. Once outside he said I would need my ID ready in case we had to go back inside??? Terrible experience just to exchange something that didn't work. read more

Sad.... is my word as I have been to their other stores but this one is a problem.. why? Manager... guy started out with a huge attitude when I tried to order for my wife and I... grin and barred it after the owner told me she would work it out.. 6 months later... inaccurete products on website.. cant tell if its 40 or 100 cbd or not for green revolution and others.. last week.. I gave the tender 600 for our order, the guy didnt count it, comes back says they are out of what they say they have on the website and proceeds to tell me I didnt give him 600 but 500... total BS.. guy should be counting in front of me so their is no dispute... I write the owner to share this with them and nothing... the manager their and some not all of the staff are substandard as I wonder if they are half sober during thier shifts.. regardless after many years as a loyal customer I will never go back.. so take your chances at their other stores but DO NOT GO TO 78th as they have proven they are not going to change managers no matter how crappy he and his staff treat people.. very sad there was a lot of promise there at first... read more
