Customer service is amazing. The staff is always happy to answer any questions. I drive a good distance just to go here. 1.because of the customer service 2.because they're the only ones who have what I like to purchase. And lastly, I went in one day to by a cart and they forgot to order some, the manager or owner was there and was super chill, he gave me a discount at their expense because I had to buy a whole kit. What the hell is this? Drove all the way over here to see this sign posted in the window. Gone to lunch, back in 30 minutes? 30 minutes from when? Are you kidding me. How about telling customers WHAT TIME the store will reopen? This is peak stupidity. Never coming here again. read more

I was looking for the SMOK species kit after reading several reviews hoping to find it local. Walked in and was greeted by Melanie. She asked if I have any questions or particular items in mind. The store had what I was looking for and asked if I needed batteries or juice. After making my purchase she said they carry replacement coils for my future needs while we set up my new purchase confirming it functioned correctly before leaving the store. Melanie was friendly and offered old fashion service that is rare to experience in our busy society this was appreciated. Service like this will make me a continued customer. read more

Their selection can be low at times but I had an issue where two vape juices I bought that I don't normally buy burned out my coils back to back. They were able to give me 50% off a juice the next time I came in. Will definitely keep coming in. read more

Worse smoke shop I've been too. Ever single time I've gone they've closed early, out on break, not open yet. And today I waited 45 for the guy to show up from a 30 minute break. Watched him go to chevron and then come back while 6 of us waited for him! this is constantly an issue no matter the employee! 6 of waited... but how many of us left and will not come back! as stated this isnt the first or 5th time!!! read more

Great staff. Always treat us well. Used to live close to the shop now we're at Salmon Creek but still find a way over to east Vancouver to hit this shop for vapes, coils, vape juice, and glass pieces. read more

I am not usually the person to make a review for anything but this is my all time favorite smoke shop. The guy that helped me find everything was super nice and very knowledgeable about all the products. All the prices are amazing and the pieces that i bought looked awesome for a great price. I highly recommend anyone in the area that's looking for a smoke shop to go here. I keep coming back to this smoke shop again and again because i can't find any other shops in the area that can beat the prices and quality. read more

This is my all time favorite smoke shop not just because of their great prices but it's the people that own it as well, so genuine and such great help and every time I go in there I'm always satisfied. The guy I spoke to was short with me and unfriendly saying "all sales are final there's absolutely nothing we can do, it's state law". He asked me if I opened them up and tried them in the store, that was never offered to me or suggested. I told him that I understand what he said about state law prohibiting the issue of a refund. However I just moved to the area and I'm trying to find my regular local vape shop. I said this is my first time coming to your shop and $20 wasted. Are you able to hook me up with a coupon/discount for my next visit or just anything at all? He stonewalled me and said absolutely not, that's the name of the game with disposables they are all cheap quality and made in China. I won't be returning and I will be sure to share my experience of getting bitten by Viper-Vapor.

Unlike supermarket checkouts designed to push impulse purchases, Growers Outlet has surprises in every corner. They don't sell meat, but we usually end up with multiple items that were not on our shopping list. There are a couple of times a year, when we want strawberries for canning, or a tree for Christmasing, when no place else will do. I wouldn't be at all surprised if there are many other Portlanders that have their own times of year when they simply have to come here.

We just came here for a hosted Easter Egg Hunt last week and they create a safe and fun environment for the local families! Thank you for being our neighborhood farm!

They also have some photocard trades up by the register (only Stray Kids, last I checked) so bring your binder if you're interested!

Great selection of flavors, great knowledge base... incredible selection! And more is on the way! They just opened!
