Passive aggressive, really. I thought my fee was taken out with my return, but it wasn't. When the service desk lady walked back to the cubicle I was in to confirm that, I overheard something along the lines of "no, that's not right, I TOLD him he needs to pay the fee." That's not word for word, but the tone is what I do remember crystal clear. Passive aggressive. Sorry I had questions on how this stuff all works?
