I made a mistake and claimed one of my other kids, but it was clear as day what we talked about and it was wrote down on a piece of paper so this misunderstanding cost me several thousand dollars because now someone else claimed my son and we can't figure out who did it. I've called Bruce at least 13 times left messages. Talk to the receptionist. I understand things take time but two months and you can't even reach out for a phone call or help fix the situation that you caused and I was only under the impression that he charged a couple hundred dollars when you come to find out it's been 4 to 500 every time there's so many other places out there that charge under $100 and we'll get you back more money. We actually tested the theory this year and we got more than we ever got back not using them. Our meeting was informative, thorough, and after 20-30 minutes I was convinced he would handle our situation accurately and professionally. He charged a reasonable rate (lower end of what I was quoted at other firms in Williamson County) and the overall process was painless.
