The summer of 2022, I lost the battle. So, in March of 2023, I needed to have 4 pallets of grass installed. A friend recommended Integrity Grass. Based upon his multiple previous experiences, I called them. They came out and quoted the job. The going rate to have San Augustine grass installed in March of 2023 is roughly $250 per pallet. I also had the equivalent amount that was dead and needed to be cleaned up before the new was put into place. The two-man crew that came out to my house did a superb job of removing the dead grass, placing the new pallets, and cleaning up the mess before leaving. I was really impressed. Other than seeing new grass where the old was, I cannot tell anyone was even at my house. I am well pleased. Everyone I dealt with was polite and friendly. If you need grass along the Clear Lake, Friendswood, League City and Galveston County Gulf Freeway corridor, I highly recommend them. Bottom line - I have zero hesitations recommending Integrity Grass for the placement/replacement of pallets of grass. They were EXCELLENT. An easy five-star review.

When it arrived it was filled with large clay deposits approximately 5-10 inches in size. I had to spend days chopping up the clay. I had hoped that was an anomaly, much to my chagrin. Earlier this year I purchased a full truckload of their "garden mix" soil which was touted by the owner as great garden soil different types of compost. I was very excited about it. I spent a year assembling nine raised beds for a high production organic garden. The dirt was nothing but mulch and sticks. I thought I might be incorrect so I had the "dirt" (or should I say, sticks) analyzed. It literally had no nutritional value. Now I have to remove 12 yards of cheap mulch and will lose the growing season. I should have read Yelp reviews (i.e. Melanie C from 2013). It appears this has been going on for awhile. Caveat emptor--it is unfortunate.

Over the next 3 weeks he repeatedly promised to stop by ("we can take a look," "will be out today to take a look") but never showed and stopped responding to follow-up texts. Called once and was sent straight to voicemail with no callback. Separately, the sprinkler heads they installed don't provide full lawn coverage -- an issue I hadn't gotten the chance to raise since he never showed up to address the sod. No resolution on either issue after weeks of empty promises.
