So, since I was in the Springfield, PA area I decided to stop into that Tint World store location to get some pricing information for what I had in mind. Immediately upon entering, I was greeted by the front desk representative whose name was "Rose". And, she welcomed me with a friendly "hello" and a "smile'. From there, I explained why I stopped in and Rose was extremely professional, kind, attentive and outgoing & began going over what window tinting options they offered. After going through my options, Rose asked when I was looking to get the tint work done and I asked her if I needed to make an appointment in advance since I just walked-in off the street. It was then she asked me if I'd be interested in getting it done right away since I was already there? At first, I was shocked that they had an opening available. Shortly afterwards, Rose's manager (Ian) came out the shop and confirmed that it would only take an hour to get everything completed. So, I said sure, let's get it done! Honestly, I can say that the entire job only took roughly 45 minutes and I was thoroughly impressed! When they pulled my truck out the bay and brought it around to the front of the store, I was extremely pleased. This was my first time going to Tint World and they were EXCELLENT! From the customer service, attention to detail, great work performed, to how fast they got me in and out at a "decent price", I will definitely go back to them if I decide to do anything else to my truck! brought my 2023 ram 3500 in to have the two front windows and the upper windshield tint strip…read moreinstalled . the front tow windows came out alright but they couldn't cut the windshield strip to come straight across my windshield they cut it so it went from 6" on the side to about 3"in the middle of the window which is useless for block out sunlight. I asked why they couldn't do it and the guy explained it was because of the curvature of the window which is completely wrong.. I showed him pictures of my other truck with the windshield tint the correct way and he just ignored it. so I told him to remove it and I would have it done back home in Pennsylvania which I did . and the guy here had 0% problems with making it look great. I'm extremely disappointed with my experience at Blackout tinting. and I also shared an article about how to properly cut and install it on a truck to which I got no response .
