Newsflash - gone are the days when you were the only game in town. Competition is here and customers - at least this level of customer - buy based on two very basic tenants. So I can deal with you being out of stock a couple of times, but by the third or fourth time when you don't have *any* of my desired items in stock, what's the point? The good news is COMPETITION HAS ARRIVED. Praise market capitalism. Now that I've realized there are at least five other vape shops within a few miles there's no need to bother with your store anymore. Unless ... and this brings me to point two: customer service. Customers will develop brand loyalty or pay for the benefit of customer service when it is beneficial, helpful, and a pleasant shopping experience.
