This was my go to place for Vape. As of recent, there has been an older male who provides horrible service. Everytime he's supporting me, there's always something wrong with the POS, point system, or transaction. I finally was able to save enough points for the BOGO disposable and decided to go use my points. A few days later, I've noticed 3 charges on my credit card. If you're shopping here, I would highly suggest that you ask for the younger dude to help you with your transaction (the gothic looking dude). read more

Not really a great place and the stuff is overpriced. I also at least would have expected a Hi! How can I help you? The guys just didn't seem to care that much when a customer walks in. What if I had questions? What if I am looking for something in particular? I know the store is slow and kinda dead but at least say hi and help a customer out. You can definitely find a better place with more reasonable prices but at least say something than sit around. read more

pretty terrible service. I spent about 5 seconds in the shop (after calling) for the employee to refuse to look at my vape and tell me he doesn't have a coil for me. No effort, just said sorry we don't have a coil for you unless you take it out. I said I can't take the current one out, I have juice in here but it's a .4 ohm 50-60 watt mesh coil. This place is awesome. I stumbled on it walking past one day, and decided to poke my head in. Am I ever glad I did. I ended up staying and chatting for about an hour with the owners, who are really funny, knowledgeable and never pressure you to buy anything. I use and am happy with my eGo style battery and did upgrade to a Protank, because I was tired of cracking/leaky tanks, but they've never pressured me into upgrading to a mod or anything else. Of course I know they'd be helpful if I ever did want to, but respect that's not what I'm interested in now. They have a tasting bar, and their juices are awesome. Their tobaccos are some of the best I've had, and they have a great assortment of unique flavors I haven't found anywhere else, too. Their fruit flavors, which I'm not usually a fan of, are really realistic, and I've picked up a couple to mix things up now and again. I have and definitely will continue to return. read more

Every time I come in, I'm ignored. It's ridiculous. I was trying to acquire information about a product I wanted to buy and the gentleman behind the counter was holding a conversation with someone else (who was just a buddy, not buying anything) and would turn away without finishing the conversation with me, talk to said buddy, and I'd be like "hey, I actually have another question." And he seemed so annoyed. It was beyond rude. This has been the case every time I've come in, which based on my experience I only do if they carry something another shop doesn't. read more

I used to drive to WI for my e-cigs because the state tax is lower in Wisconsin. This is now completely unnecessary! I'm so glad I found Vape Pro's!! They have a shop in Hudson, WI as well as in St. Paul, MN. To balance out the tax costs, they even it out between the two stores. This has saved me ALOT of money because they introduced me to the Reloaded Vape Pen with Refillable Pods. I fill them with (MN local) Loon Salts that have dozens of delicious flavors. Since switching from disposables to the Bullet, I have reduced my monthly vaping costs from $200 to $50. And the product is MUCH more enjoyable. There are many other types of devices and e-liquids to choose from...I personally love the Bullet and Loon Salts premium flavors. The employees are excellent, friendly, & down-to-earth. Location on Snelling is convenient because there is a free street side parking area right in front of the store and there is plenty of open space. I highly recommend it. Since I discovered it in 2020, I have become a customer for life! No more driving to WI! read more

In Love w/ Vape Pro's About a week ago, after a disappointing visit to the wrong store (Puma Puff. Located in the back alley. Skip it, I knew more than they did!), I found Vape Pro's. My e-cig store from now on! Enter on University Avenue. Vape Pro's had a nice selection of batteries, the newest tanks, and some very cool mods! I left with the new Valkyrie hybrid mod. I'm SO EXCITED! HIGH FIVE ME! :-) They also make their own juices. Plenty of flavors to choose from. Vape pros has the best juice line up in Minneapolis and Saint Paul. The only down fall is the service I sometimes get. On March 18th I went in about 440pm and the kid behind the counter treated me like garbage not very friendly. It is not always like that but with that one it is. read more

Let me tell you, this place is a damn piece of work. I've been there twice now I believe and every time is just an experience to say the least. When you walk in one of there "employees" is always plying fort nite which is already cringe worthy. Then they take forever to help you and once they finally get to you, none of them are educated on what they're selling. I went in there with a friend who was interested in purchasing a vape and the guy knew nothing about what products to suggest, so I basically had to do his job and sell her a vape. Please keep in mind that we were not IDed which at the time I thought was fine, but the next time we went in my friend who wasNT even buying anything was kicked out of the store (who is 20 btw) and then the guy (idk his name but he looked like a Derek or some stupid name like that) proceeds to yell at me for her not having her ID on her, but he was the same guy who didn't ID us the first time. The guys were also talking about the flavor juice ban but were not educated on what was actually going on or even the basics of how laws are passed and we're giving false information to everyone who came in. Let me tell you, they sounded as stupid as you can imagine. Finally, I told them I wanted a certain flavor of juice in 50 nic and they sold me the vape pro brand and I bought two bottles of it in two different flavors but they doesn't even matter, because even when you let the juice sit in the pod before you hit it for 20 min it tastes burnt and at first I thought it was the pod, but no so I wasted 2 brand new pods on that disgusting juice that the tools behind the counter "highly recommended".
