We came for their sandwiches for some quick eats on our roadtrip. It's take out only and we ate in a nearby park. I had a sandwich with their summer sausage and it was so delicious and filling! My fiance got one with cajun turkey which he says was also really good. They also had a lot of meats and jerky which we would've loved to try but unfortunately we couldn't fit in our car. Okay I really want to give 5/5, but I need to vocalize how sad I am their "famous brats" are seasonal! And they don't post that on their website. I took an Uber there during the late winter all excited to scoop up some crazy brats, but all they had were their year round original, cheddar, jalapeño cheddar. Beside brat, there is so much! Pork, sausage, beef, seafood. Typically everything is sold by the pound. Their website has prices listed, but perhaps call for questions if you don't want to risk it like I did. They also have shelves with awesome local spices, sauces, etc. I picked up some jerky, sausage, brat, and spices. Ed's spice is SO good in mashed potatoes. The guys working were super incredibly friendly and sweet. They let me sample so many things and enjoyed my excitement being a first timer. So if you're looking for fat then buy anything they have wrapped in butcher paper....and if you send them an email asking what's up with that they will not respond....the meat they have in the case is great but stay away from anything wrapped in butcher paper!!!! They apparently don't give a shit if they can hide it with paper....awesome sandwiches though....but otherwise be careful because they are not!!!! read more

My new meat shop is definitely 3Be Meats! Finally, there is a place that offers a full variety of meats and cheeses similar to what I'm used to in the other cities I've lived. Large spacious freezers are full of seafood, Kuchen, and even pate. I've lived in Bismarck for a year now and miss the options that a larger metropolitan city offers. Bismarck can feel like an island and one that needed a place that sells a wide array of cheeses, brats, meats, and bacon. And, I was impressed by the prices. They were not inflated to the point of a specialty meat shop. They even offered stuffed bacon wrapped chicken breasts today, which I appreciate. The butchers were exceptionally friendly and it felt like family. If you're looking for a place that's bright, clean, friendly, and an option beyond Cash Wise and Dan's then check this place out. I guarantee it will become your choice when it comes to meats and cheeses. Be sure to ask about the "Pig" rock. It's got a back story that's all about spreading joy in the Bismarck area. read more

I love everything here! Jerky and beef sticks are fantastic. Always good quality meat available. The brats have fun flavors. My dog loves the dog bones they have. They make sandwiches which are super good too. My favorite thing to get there is the sirloins. Superb! read more

I have visited 3Be Meats on four different occasions and the quality and taste of their products has always been good. They seem to add new flavors of brauts all the time, which is always a nice surprise. I would have given them 5-Stars for their products alone but their service on a couple of my visits left a little bit to be desired. 1 - On one occasion, the person behind the counter used the same gloves to handle my order of ready to eat meat sticks the he previously used to handle raw brauts and meat. 2 - On my last visit, I asked a younger gentleman behind the counter if he could please cut my order of meat sticks into smaller pieces as I was going back to work and would be placing them on a platter for a meeting. He told me that a person could just break them in half and cutting them was not necessary. He then started to tear the sticks in half as he was grabbing them for my order, they looked awful and at that point I didn't really want to share with my employees. A cutting board and a knife was right behind him on the counter. I realize that these are small incidents but the possibility of cross contamination between the raw products and the finished products was enough for me to deduct two stars. I will be going back because they are a family owned business just starting out and the do have good products. read more

I love 3Be Meats! A friend of mine took me there for the first time and I was hooked! I've tried a couple of the other meat markets in the area, new and old, and this is by far the best! Everyone I've told about 3Be has had the same experience. The product can't be beat and the service is real, hometown service like it used to be.
