It is seldom that you find people that have integrity, are honest, and know what they're doing. Carlos is one of those people. He called ahead to let us know he was on his way and arrived on time. He installed one light fixture, one chandelier, and replaced one electric switch - all for a pretty nominal service charge. I very rarely write reviews but I have to say that 3C Electric Systems is the most honest, reliable, polite and professional electrician I have ever used in my 25 years of being a landlord. After giving me a quote for the job I needed to repair electric service for the hall light that was attached to my tenants meter, which I agreed to the price, he called me several days later to say that after starting the job he noticed that less work was needed than he thought and actually reduced the price by $1,100...usually the reverse happens. This business is not professional. Perhaps if you are of the same culture the Contactor might take you seriously. This man does not return phone calls and at one time he caught an attitude with me before realizing I'm a customer. What a waste of time chasing a contractor who continued to dismiss me when I asked for a written quote on a house I'm expected to close on early next month. Not only that, I sent him the full inspection report so he'd have an idea of what to quote me. Every time I called Carlos he genuinely had no idea what I was talking about regarding my quote, and I can only interrupt his professionalism as "he never cared to help me from the beginning. He lied and said he would send me numbers to other contractors. I never received anything. All together the service was TRASH. Makes me not even want to move to hartford ct next month if the people have this type of attitude towards business and professionalism. I asked to have an outlet installed and was informed he would follow up on a specific day but never followed up. I reached out again having difficulty finding an electrician to do a small job outlet and he finally showed up to look at the project and said he would come the next day but he was unable to make the schedule time. He indicated he will come the next day and I said to come at anytime but by that time I had another electrician to complete my small job that 3C didn't care to do on timely manner. He finally shows up the next day and no contracts were signed and threatens to send a bill of $125 for no service performed. Additionally threatened me about putting a lean on my house. Highly recommend Carlos! I messaged for. Quick quote on Sunday, heard back within 30mins and had a quote (which was very reasonable compared to several others). Carlos called on Monday to speak more about the job and was here by 2pm Tuesday. Carlos arrived within the window of time given. Replaced a switch, hooked up an outlet and wired in a ceiling fan.
