Overly expensive and a rip-off…read more I asked for a price quote for 5000 business cards at 14pt UV gloss, full color, and the rep tells me he can do it at 16 points for the same price and charges an outrageous price for the job that is more than double than I pay. Which is an absolute lie, I used to work at Unique Copy Center back in the days, been in printing for half of my career life, and laughed at this. Luckily PIM got me a sweet deal for 14 pts for 75 bucks, also all other price quotes were 80-110 dollar range. Stay away from this price gouging printer place.

Just handed it and the prints were completely out of order so I had to sit there and sort them myself to figure out what order they are in and the person who printed them just watched me. I also had an interview the next morning and they finished just before closing, so I had to go in with a pixelated portfolio which in fashion can 100% cost you the job. I am really upset that I wasted my money, I wanted better quality and service than staples so I went here but it is actually better at staples which is pretty low on the scale of printing. I will not be back again. Please test print, organize the pages, and deliver quality customer service for those kind of prices. No problem paying if I can actually use the work...

I placed an order via email and a sales person wrote back saying my order was received - zero price quote, eta, questions. Weeks later I emailed to follow-up after no communication and they reply back with a nearly $500 bill. I sent it to our property manager and he knows a company who will do the exact plates we need for like $60-90. Since there was no communication I cancelled the order. A week later we received a box of nameplates - the sizes, material and fonts were correct, but ONLY 1 CORRECT NAME. ONE. The other nameplates were all RANDOM names and apartments that we DID NOT order. Thank goodness I had the order cancelled or we would have paid nearly $500 for a completely incorrect order that took a long time. The sales person also never responded to provide samples or even ask why I was cancelling my order so overall customer service was also disappointing. Will never use these guys and to be honest, the only reason I'm reviewing is because they had the audacity to email me a survey asking for feedback so I decided to share here to hopefully help folks out. Don't make the same mistake we made.
