This company is taking advantage of people! I was charged $750 for a drawing that was less than impressive. You have to pay for the drawing before they give you a ballpark price on what you are asking for. I sent drawings and pictures with the dimensions i wanted it printed in. I should have known better than to pay for a drawing, sad! Once the drawing was complete 3 weeks later, they quoted me an absolutely ridiculous price to print the box. I have 3D printers elsewhere that quoted 40% less than Makelab for the same product of the same materials. Buyer beware! read more

Honestly, this "BUSINESS" is one step away from a scam. Ordered a 3D printed figure for little one. After we opened the package he got scared and cried for an hour. Figure was so unrealistic it looked like Chucky doll from movie. After talking with customer service Christina Perla (very rude) I was told that their printers and technology are not yet advanced, so there is nothing they can do for me. Never use this place for any of your 3D printing needs. I waited a month just to get ONE file back. Their website advertises all sorts of projects such as engineering and mechanical projects. THIS IS FALSE ADVERTISING. They had to hire an outside engineer after not understanding how to make gears. Additionally they are extremely over priced. This is a great printing company that I have used several times. They're my go to for local prints that I need done in a rush, or for delicate prints that I want to pick up by personally because I'm worried about damage during shipping. I've done PLA printing with them on a very rushed schedule and they were willing to work within my timetable at a very reasonable rate. I've also done a couple of delicate SLA prints in castable resin. They deliver on time and at a very reasonable rate. They are very knowledgeable about their printers and 3D printing processes. They also are well tapped into NYCs 3D printing/scanning/modeling community and can help you find the services if it is something outside of their scope. read more

I have used 3DUniprint many times for prototyping consumer electronic devices. Rico, the owner, is a great guy and puts in 200% effort to work with you and find the right 3D print solution for you at a fair price. I bring all my business to him as he is very knowledgeable and cares about his customers.
