I called Commbs on a Saturday morning with a printing "emergency." An online company had completely misprinted some trifolds I needed for an important meeting the following day. With no online customer support available to help on that day, I was in a panic and called several local printing companies with no luck, until I called Commbs. Not only did they answer the phone on a Saturday, even though the store was technically closed, but the business owner himself helped me immediately and with great joy! Within hours, Commbs had professionally printed 500 beautiful and perfect trifolds for me! This place is FANTASTIC! When I tell you, a life saver...it is. They are fast, efficient, professional, courteous and friendly. Great combination for a successful business! This place came highly recommended by my neighbor, and since, I have recommended it. I plan to discuss this place in the next Block meeting as an alternative to using UPS. The cost is not that different, but the time spent waiting in line is. I had no wait time, so the extra cost was well worth it. Also my packages were delivered on time. I went to Commbs to get some materials printed that I designed (1 large format sign, 1 small poster, and some gift bag tags for a kid's birthday party). I brought my laptop into the store and tweaked the files on the spot to ensure they were built to spec, but they offer to do formatting (and graphic design) for customers. Really great service. I hate going to the UPS up the street bc they are rude over there. It was a relief to find friendly neighborhood service nearby at Commbs. They took a little longer than I expected as they were helping multiple people and a little understaffed. But they made up for it with friendly and precise service. The guy helped me resize my poster for a frame I needed and I appreciate his attentive help. Would definitely come back. read more

NEVER, EVER USE THEM.....THEY DO NOT DELIVER ON TIME. A rush job, cards are on the truck. Guaranteed that they would be delivered in 3 days, back and forth emails for proof...and text messages. Last message, post cards are on the truck.....can I meet him near coney island? He has the cards.....I live on long island and work in the city......the cards had a deadline. If you need something in a rush, please don't use them. read more

Highly, highly recommend! The staff here are wonderful and stayed open late to scan my documents for me. The scans were oddly sized and scared away a few other printers, but at Commbs, they did a perfect job. The prices are also unbeatable. I got a large number of beautiful inkjet prints here in a matter of hours, from the first phone call to finish. The owner went far above and beyond what was required, physically going out of his way to find materials on which he was low in stock, checking over every one of the prints (which numbered over 80) with me before I paid, and more. All of this was also during a tragic and stressful time for him, making it even more impressive and helpful. He also had a paper size and type that I wouldn't have found at a bigger print shop, and at a cheaper rate. He definitely cares about getting the job you need done with absolute top quality.
