Elizabeth was highly recommended by 2 people who have gotten work done by her and I must say she did an INCREDIBLE job with their eyebrows. Seeing is believing. From a skeptic, I trusted Elizabeth with my eyebrows. She did amazing work. September 2023…read more Needed to do something for myself. And I don't remember what I was searching in Yelp for but I landed on the London's Brows Website. It then redirected me to the instagram page. And as I toggled between the website and the instagram page, something told me to just do it. I think the transparency and the ease of online consultation request helped give me the courage to go for it. I sent the photos of my brows and requested to see Yan and like not even 5 minutes, I received a call and a text from Elizabeth and the rest was history. I booked for an appointment with her brow technician, Yan, because booking the owner herself is like VIP. I researched Yan's page and I was very impressed. I looked forward to my appointment. The entire experience, from start to finish, was great. The first time I spoke with Elizabeth, I immediately felt her positive energy and she assured me that my concerns especially with the pain and healing process. It was like talking to a friend so is just as excited as I was to be doing this for myself. On the day of my appointment, I met Yan and I loved him instantly. He spoke little English but he tried and Elizabeth was there to translate every step. Yan's hands were light, gently and graceful. He made sure I was comfortable the entire time and at the end, I got exactly what I wanted. I wanted a more natural, airy individual hair line look, not the outlined and filled out look. I was sent home with a home care kit. And as soon as I got home, my mom was sold! I scheduled her appointment around the same time of my 6 weeks touch up. And Yan took extra care of her because her pain tolerance was a lot less and he was applying that numbing cream for her. It's been about a year and I still can't believe I waited this long to do this for myself. Yan is unfortunately no longer there. But this experience had been so great and I would encourage you to give it a try. Elizabeth's establishment is beautiful, clean, minimal and sleek. I brought my son and he comfortably waited for me at her beautiful waiting area. I don't give out many 5s but this experience deserves it.

Had to get them removed immediately and was left with gaps from where the lashes had been ripped out due to improper placement. Avoid at all costs. Do your research and find a good technician. Avoid at all costs. Update: got angry text messages from owner after I posted a truthful review and she claimed under it that she had no idea who I was. Proof is in the pictures.

Kimberly was very helpful and reassuring by telling me what to expect before, during and after my brow treatment. She took her time with me and was very patient.
