No need to make appointment because walk-ins accepted. if not sure, you may call their contact number. accompanied my mom to have her fingerprints taken for a job requirement. an older gentleman opened the door and welcomed us by saying good morning. it took a bit of a drive from West Bloomfield towards this location but somehow the guy who assisted us made it worth the trip because of his politeness and fast service. he would ask you first if he could hold your fingers and then pressed it to the scanner. for many years I have experience other people find it hard to take a scan of my fingerprints, however with this guy...he made it look easy and fast. instead of going to a police station - the guy made my mom feel comfortable. they charge $30 for the fingerprints and it takes more or less 3 days to get results - it is then forwarded to your employer. from filling up the form, signature and fingerprints scanned - it took more or less 10-15 minutes to finish the process. payment in the form of cash or card.

We reached out to Mary Dunn immediately and were told we just needed the TCN which they provided at that time. Fat forward 2 months and we receive a notice from the State of Michigan stating the information, TCN, was incorrect and needed to be redone as the information given was incorrect. I once again reached out to Mary who does the fingerprinting at NAIAS Security Services, to inquired about this new issue. Turns out I was originally given the wrong TCN when we first filed this paperwork 2 months ago, now causing delays and added attorneys fees. Mary and NAIAS Security Services continually put the blame on us for the mistake, never taking responsibility for handling our sensitive personal information in the wrong way or even offering an apology. Not recommended. You're better off going to the Michigan State Police to ensure proper handling of your information and that it gets filed correctly

I waited five hours on hold only to be told you have to be 72hrs to travel to renew! The post office was a horrible experience at Detroit Main. The woman jerked me around for 45min, Took 2 photos which in end game were not clear enough pixel. The post office told me to mail renewal in. They do not handle renewals. My sister recommended International Express when she used several years ago. She received passport in three days for company travel. I phoned, got next day appointment which was July 20, 2021. The gal at desk was beautiful, kind, quickly handled my stress! I explained my experience. She took another photo in which looked like normal me, not the worst you could show! She told me to expect passport around Labor Day! Today August 18, 2021 I received my new passport priority express! Thank you for such a terrific experience! I asked how much is it to wrap. He explained $2.99, I declined and bought the tape. I wrapped my packages up along with the return label that was provided to me. A young label said we would have given you a sleeve we just needed to close the package. I said well it's a kinda too late for tht. A guy comes in scans one package. Then has a hard time scanning my second package. The clerk suggests I print another label. Here's the issue. There's more ways to get the label QR CODE, type the label in manually. Why the hell would yall charge me another $3 to print the paper out when yall watched me already buy tape wrap my items and watch me wrap my labels up! Won't be going back there again! No efforts to try and help out after standing in a human chain of ppl! Do better
