Mr Shajan's place is great. I needed to get FD-258 fingerprinting to apply for my nursing license out of state. Not many places around here have this but I found him through online reviews & he was able to get this for me immediatel. I did not need to make an appointment as he takes walk in's & he was super friendly & helpful. I was so thankful he was able to help me in a time crunch. This place is actually called Royal Printing or Royal Fingerprinting (he does both printing and fingerprinting). I needed to be fingerprinted (Livescan, $65) so that I could apply to be a substitute teacher in Southeast Michigan. I went here because it was close to my house and open on Saturday. It's a bit hard to find because it's in a white residential-looking building That is retrofitted for many small office spaces and the sign out front is small and cluttered. There is a cozy little lobby when you walk in and Shajan's office is to the right, down the hall. He is welcoming and made me feel confident that he knew exactly what he was doing because he has done a lot of fingerprinting, especially for Edustaff. Never having been fingerprinted, it was a little awkward but Shajan Walked me through the process and it was fast and easy and kind of interesting too! Also, I enjoyed talking to him. (He was an IT instructor in India!) A nice guy. highly recommend! read more

If I could give no stars I would the owner of this place is extremely rude and very unprofessional the size of the place is so small that it barely fits one desk and a chair the worst part about it all is that he tries to charge more than what is listed on his website which is OK to a certain point but the level of rudeness that came from this man made me want to go spend extra elsewhere just to not have to deal with him read more

HORRIBLE! No Stars!!! Rude, condescending actually told me to "stop talking" twice when I was trying to ask questions. Charges more than other services. He says " I'm the only one who does this" but he's so wrong! 3D INK & Livescan Co in Troy does it better. Bad customer service. They will overcharge for fingerprints that weren't done correctly. I did it for the FL mortgage loan originator, and the document I have shows that. I don't know where you're getting the health care provider, lol. You did it wrong and won't take responsibility for it. As a matter of fact after I provided my personal information at this place my identity was compromised. If you are getting fingerprints for MLO stay away. You can see from the response of the owner that he is trying to be sarcastic and say I was wrong. I did enter my social in your system but I won't post a picture of it here. You specifically said your system wouldn't show my social on the Receiving end for my fingerprints to be completed. And you told me to come back and redo it and charge me again when you don't have the proper software or service. Please don't make up a lie and say I came in and I didn't enter my information correctly and I did it for a healthcare provider. Please look at the picture that I'm posting. This is why people should stay away. You won't take ownership of what you did wrong, and you try to blame others. You even responded on another review that was a 5-star and not even my review. OMG I had the best experience today! I needed FBI Fingerprinting for my nursing license. I had the fingerprints done and received my 2 cards. When I returned to my destination 45 minutes away, I realized I needed a 2nd different form completed as well. I called him and told him I would be back in 3 or 4 days to have the form completed but he graciously offered to complete the form and email it to me instead. I could tell he was smiling on the phone when he said, "This is what I do for my clients." I highly recommend this business for all of your fingerprinting needs. read more

I needed to be fingerprinted within one day for my job in a school, so I made an appointment online because it was close by. Shajan was very nice and called to see if I was on my way (because I was late). He was not mad that I was late. He explained how to bring my form back to my employer and what number they needed. He is incredibly knowledgeable about the process, and nicer than other places in the area. read more

Ridiculously overpriced for cpl fingerprinting. I suggest exploring every other option possible if you dont want to pay 4x the price it normally is. Customer service was also very bad and the man i dealt with was both rude and condescending. read more
