Originally they were scheduled for earlier in the day to photograph, but they needed to reschedule for later in the day. This was told to us on the day. That seemed fine, but between when they were supposed to originally arrive and when they actually did arrive, it began to rain. We called F8, asking to reschedule for the next day, so that we could get photographs of the front and backyard that didn't look soaked. The woman we spoke to was rude and kept repeating "we've got a business to run here", so we could not reschedule without paying $75. She assured us the photographs would be edited to look great. No surprise, the photographs do not look great. It looks like they just boosted the image saturation and replaced the cloudy sky with a blue sky. Ridiculous.

I contacted SVP after our real estate agent said it would be 2+ weeks before his photographer could fit us in. SVP responded with in hours and was able to schedule for the next day. The beautiful, fully edited photos were delivered the following day. They were able to provide a stunning "twilight" shot even though they came at 10:30 in the morning. (Yay for mad Photoshop skills!) Side note: our agent took his own not-awesome photos and posted on MLS. I'm attaching a comparison. Photography is so important, especially in the Covid-19 era where there are no open-houses.

But the last job I hired him for, We rescheduled fine and took the pictures fine but then I guess he forgot me and left me hanging for over a week without pictures or any communication. Email after email had no response, text included. Until I finally emailed them on his new client form. I got them back but the link had the wrong address. I know he was busy that weekend but after requesting he fix the address several time, he has not responded. It was also supposed to include a video and 20 pictures for $550 and I only got 20 pictures for $550. Again I gave him time to settle back in and I emailed him requesting the aerial , there has been no response to date. I'm afraid something has changed and I no longer recommend. I must mention that I had one another incident (a few years ago) where he never emailed me the website address that was included in my package. And that time, like this one I emailed him and text him several times. He did not respond. Now I'm going to have to hire another photographer to do the aerial.
