I've been using Onley for several years and I've always been satisfied with their work and their pricing. But the last job I hired him for, We rescheduled fine and took the pictures fine but then I guess he forgot me and left me hanging for over a week without pictures or any communication. Email after email had no response, text included. Until I finally emailed them on his new client form. I got them back but the link had the wrong address. I know he was busy that weekend but after requesting he fix the address several time, he has not responded. It was also supposed to include a video and 20 pictures for $550 and I only got 20 pictures for $550. Again I gave him time to settle back in and I emailed him requesting the aerial , there has been no response to date. I'm afraid something has changed and I no longer recommend. I must mention that I had one another incident (a few years ago) where he never emailed me the website address that was included in my package. And that time, like this one I emailed him and text him several times. He did not respond. Now I'm going to have to hire another photographer to do the aerial. read more

Justin did a great job photographing our rental house. The pictures were outstanding and really showed it to its best, even though we were still in the process of fixing it up - he was able to, for example, photoshop out the pile of networking equipment. Scheduled a 9 AM appointment on Friday for complete photo/video/website package for tenant occupied property. I had to go though the pain of trying to coordinate a time that works for the tenant through property manager. Tenant was informed in advance of upcoming appointment and they cleaned the house, backyard, everything was kept ready for Justin but 15 mins before the appointment he told me that we need to push the appointment by 45 mins as he had some other issues come up. I talked to the property manager who coordinated with tenant that 9:45 should be OK. Later Justin says that even that may not work and we need to reschedule. After multiple back and forth texts, I had to cancel the appointment as my tenant was not available at any other time and now I am stuck unable to market my house because I cannot get photos taken. Thoroughly unprofessional on part of Onley Visuals who knew in advance that the property is tenant occupied and should have honored the appointment time as there are other parties affected as well. My tenant had to go through the hassle of keeping property photo ready, my realtor is waiting for photos as I told him this will be done today. I am unable to market the house as planned and everything is now delayed by ~1 week at least. read more

All seemed good when Justin showed up to take the photos we needed. When it came to delivering the virtual photos is when everything fell apart from this company. Of the photos justin took, we chose 3 to be modified. Despite being told by Justin that it was "no problem" to match the 2 existing dining chairs with 2 more (completing the standard set of 4) it never happened. We ended up with the original square, blue trimmed chairs, around a table with 2 all wood, round chairs that looked absolutely awful. Because he sent the pics to my cell phone, I did not realize how awful each of the 3 edited photos was. My realtor paid the $60 for the 3 photos, not knowing how bad they were. Besides the dining chair issues, his "team" in Vietnam also totally underdelivered on two bedroom photos and now he wants further payment to deliver what was initially contracted for. I have wasted an incredible amount of time on these 3 photos and feel compelled to deliver my first ever negative yelp review. If you need virtual photos of your property - Justin is not your guy! read more
