I was charged £55 for a set of gel acrylic nails that popped off within a week, I went back to them to fix the issue and they gave me a new set of nails that ALSO started to pop off literally the day AFTER. The nails were not done to a professional standard. The apex on my nails is poor aswell as being all different shaped and sizes (as you can see in the photos) they also got the acrylic on my skin!!! and My natural nails are RUINED!!!!! For £55 I am distraught. Absolute con, I have also seen several other customers complain about the same problem. Their work is of no standard to be charging people AT ALL, never mind £55. I am sick to death of having to glue my nails back on with nail glue. I got in touch for a refund and I was ignored. Honestly Miss Fiza was sooo cool. She made us feel so welcomed and so comfortable! Her shop was very clean and very sanitary. The aesthetic of her shop was sooo cool with 80s & 90s vibes! Everything was freshly cleaned and she also picked up behind us as she went. She pays really good attention to detail. We got Manis & Pedis! She recommended a very pretty light pink clear polish for me. And I absolutely love it. Def gave me some life. I wanted to get my nails done and called Fiza to see if she could fit me into her schedule. She kindly did. This was, by far, one of my best nail salon experiences I have ever had. I showed Fiza pictures of the nails I wanted done, acrylic with a pink and white tip design. Fiza makes you feel so welcome from the moment you call/walk in the door. I truly enjoyed talking to Fiza, while she did my nails, as she has such an interesting background and is a very kind human. We had a great chat and my nails look even better than the picture I gave to her. The way she did the design was so effortless for her! I LOVE them and it's clear she has such an amazing artistic talents (beyond the nail design she did for me). If you live in London or are from out of town, give Fiza a try, you won't regret it. What a delight! Fiza provided just the service, atmosphere and overall experience we were looking for. Upon getting engaged the day before, I wanted my nails to look as good as my new ring. I had a gel french manicure on Friday whilst I was up in London (thinking they would last until a wedding I am in on the following Thursday). All my gel manicures last two weeks usually, but I had my first nail start to come off on Sunday and today (Monday) most of the white tips are coming off. I had a trainee do the base and then Fiza did the white tips. Very disappointed that I paid £40 for this and it didn't even last two full days....I also haven't done anything that would have caused the nails to chip such as cleaning/manual labour etc. This is the worst gel manicure I've had, and have gels done every 2-3 weeks for a number of years. I desperately needed a manicure while I was in London on a work trip. When I inquired at my hotel the prices were astronomical. So I opened yelp and found 3D nails. It had great reviews and was not far my hotel in soho so I wandered over after lunch. I am so glad I did. The staff was super sweet & friendly. I didn't have an appointment but they told me to have a seat and would be with me in 15 minutes. 5 minutes later they were ready for me. They gave me a great men's manicure. I've been working in London for the last 6 months and had struggled to find a nail salon that met my expectations. I called at 3pm on a Saturday for a last minute appointment. Fiza quickly found a way to accommodate me and asked me to come in at 4pm. Went inside a hair salon, though a door downs some stairs. Though the look of the staircase seems a bit questionable, when you reach the nail salon on the bottom floor, you will find a cozy space and a warm welcome. Only had to wait 15 minutes which was ok since I called very last minute, and while I waited, Fiza kept me engaged with warm conversation that made my wait pleasurable. The gel manicure I received was 5 star rated, in only 40 minutes. Just brilliant! She asked how frequently I got gel manicures, i responded every 2 weeks. She quickly recommended i change my cadence to every 3 weeks to keep the health of my nails and my wallet optimal. She assured me her manicures would last till then in good conditions. I believe her! I'll be coming back in the next 3 weeks for another gel manicure and a pedicure! read more

Every time I get my nails done here they lift. They are not cheap. They charged a lot !! And they swear they use the best products yet it's always falling apart. I just had the best manicure in London. I called for an appointment and they had immediate availability, and were able to fit in my friend as well. Fiza can do absolutely any kind of nail art you could dream of, but I just needed a regular mani-pedi. They really cleaned up my nails and awful marathon-tortured toenails, and offered me tea and good company while they were fixing me. The salon itself is unassuming and underground, but is clean and welcoming. I'll definitely go back both for manicures and for nail art - so pleased I've found this place! But I'll be frank, the experience felt as if I was getting my nails done in a basement, the space is very small and had extremely poor ventilation, i left smelling like acrylic. I was actually shocked by the overall shop hygiene. In the pictures on google, the salon was sparkly clean, but appeared filthy today. The station was a mess, with nail polish all over the paper towels, but that part that was most unsettling, was that the tools my technician was using did not appear the be new or freshly sanitized. However, my nails turned out beautifully, and I would happily have them done by the technician again- in another setting. read more

Maybe I'm used to the American nail salon prices but regular pedicure was £35 pounds. I was originally thinking of getting mani pedi but they said it would be £70 which I think is way too expensive. They kept pushing for gel but I didn't want to. The setup of the salon is a little iffy but I loved their friendliness and professionalism. I did cringe here and there when they used tools that looked like it wasn't cleaned properly. It's not bad but it's not good either. They take cash only. read more

Upon arrival in London four of us decided we needed fresh nails and so we sought out a walk in shop for tips/powder/polish. Fiza and her team said they could take us within 30 minutes and despite US being a little late for the appointed time we were all greeted warmly and our services started right away.
