What they did NOT tell me when I bought Total Ech Support is that it applies only if Best Buy has that type of techie "in your area". Worthless. They had me pushing buttons on the front panel in varying seque, for varying numbers of seconds, for an hour--not counting the time I was on hold. Finally, they said they could not help. I started calling appliance repair places all over my zip code. Most could "call me within two business days to tell me when they could 'get to me'". One quoted $120 just to show up--whenever that might be. BUT, THEN--angels sang and harps played as I received a prompt call back from Kierski! They showed up just 5 minutes later, worked magic on my Samsung side-by-side, accepted a check for only $65 (service call charge only!), AND Rich and Chesney were pleasant and professional! put their information in your phone!
