Two months ago, I went to the library in search of information to deal with my chronic pain from a three year old injury. After a week of trying some Kundalini meditations, stretches and postures, I was shocked at the profound results. It made sense to me to seek out a teacher to make sure I was on the right track. What a blessing it has been to meet Sabine. In our 'one on one' introductory class, she was able to give me postural and breathing corrections that greatly improved my form. Over the past six weeks she has challenged me through my discomfort, encouraged me to 'hold on' when I thought I would expire, and all with the gentleness of a warm breeze. What a joy it is to feel freedom returning to my body and my spirit. Soon she will be moving away, helping new people in new places. When I started going to Sabine's classes I couldn't believe my luck. Yoga in her garden paradise! Her teaching style is so uplifting, gentle but very powerful at the same time. Sabine is a wonderful caring person and an amazing teacher. I have done both her yoga and meditation classes. They are excellent! It's her meditation classes however that are changing my life. A great experience! I thoroughly enjoyed my 90 minute session with Sabine. Being new to yoga I learnt a lot from her one on one approach. I have been coming to yoga off and on for over a year on Monday I was not sure if I could stay I was in pain. I consulted with Sabine and we dedicated the whole hour to helping my lower back and right hip. It still feels great. I have kept up some of the stretches we completed in class.
