However a lot of my former customers have reached out to me DISPLEASED with the work they've recieved to the price and "professionalism" this company claims to carry. Claiming they're hard to get a hold of and even stating the company said to go ahead and have someone else install the fence. This company has a 50ft minimum which isn't usually a big deal however they don't tell you about it. Meaning if you only need 30ft you're still charged for 50ft and they take 20ft back to the shop with them. Your hard earned money, then they will use it on another project elsewhere claiming it's "donated" by the company for being such a wonderful person or whatever. In my time there I've watched them fire 3 install teams and refused to fully compensate 1 of the teams. For reasons unknown to me. This company claims to have donated to places, though when I was called to a "donated" location because the fence failed I found out quickly that only the labor was donated (the cheapest part) however the owner used recommended fences through the company. I'm embarrassed to have worked for this company and sold through them. The profit margin they claim is 22-38% however it's closer to 100% they claim they use "weatherables" material but the material I've seen used and picked up is from stevensville. The leadtimes they promise are bogus as they can not keep install teams. I hope this finds its way to someone who really needs this insight and this was save someone from months of headache. As per one of my previous customers stated "this is the worst experience I've ever had" save yourself the 10,000 and go elsewhere

After spending a few minutes talking with him, it was obvious he was very knowledgeable and had a very honest/ trustworthy demeanor. Due to a busy schedule, they were booked out over a month. When the install date came around, they were nothing but professional and courteous. At one point they let me know that our front porch was sinking and they could not FIX the existing cracks, they could stop it from getting worse. I assumed this would add to our total due to the fact that he had to add rebar and it was out of the scope of the original quote. I was beyond surprised to see that they did not charge us any extra! No only did their work meet, but exceeded our expectations. They took care in what they did, and it shows. They cleaned up after themselves and made sure that the surrounding yard/ landscaping was as unscathed as possible. I know it is only cement, but the amount of compliments we have had on our new walkway and stairs is amazing!
