We recently had our bathroom remodeled, and overall the experience was mixed. They also stood behind their work and made sure to come back and fix issues that came up, which we appreciated. However, it did feel like not all of the workers were fully qualified for the specific tasks they were assigned. There were a few mistakes along the way that required patching or rework, which slowed things down and caused some frustration. While everything was ultimately addressed, it would have been better if those issues were avoided from the start. In the end, the finished bathroom looks really nice, and we're happy with the final result. That said, I would recommend the company be a bit more cautious about assigning the right workers to the right tasks to prevent unnecessary fixes along the way. Carlos was great and very polite.
