We just wanted them to switch out the coil or exchange the unit for another one. This caused a big problem and they had to call the owner and instead of him empowering his staff to fix the problem we had to wait for him to come. We were in a big hurry and they refused to refund the defective item or do anything. The owner finally showed up and he refused to change out the coil and had an attitude like we were wrong. This is over a $2.00 coil. We demanded our money back and begrudgingly returned it. Customer service was non existent and none of the staff showed any concern about the issue.

So that alone would get them rated very high. Add on all the other great things that they have to offer in the shop is another great bonus! Then you get to the customer service and it pushes the quality of the shop way above greatness! You'll always get a friendly face to greet you, rain or shine. They are knowledgeable of their products and go above and beyond to help you find what you need. And the prices out do any other shop I've been into. My husband and I moved to Roswell Nm about a year ago and this shop was one of the first places that we visited and we've stuck with them from the get go. My grandmother was handed down my great grandmothers wedding ring when she was married and it had…read morebeen in the family for 3 generations. She went in somewhat recently to have this ring cleaned. The main part of the ring are 3 beautiful, big diamonds, accompanied by a bunch of little ones around it. My grandma said she felt uneasy when she first walked in. There was a guy and he was surrounded by multiple other men standing "like mannequins" just watching all of this happen. The man told her constantly for 15 minutes, she said, to come back in 35 minutes so he could clean it. He also pointed out a kink in one of the big diamonds and offered to have it turned so it wouldn't show. She said no and that she just wanted to have it quickly clean. Since she had been there before, she decided to leave her ring there and return in 35 minutes. She didn't know better. Upon returning, she noticed the 3 big diamonds on her ring were not as tall, looked glassy, and the kink was miraculously gone. After hearing this story and seeing the ring for myself, and knowing it takes maybe 1 minute tops to have jewelry cleaned i was pretty upset for my grandmother and for my family. No, we cannot prove or make the accusation that they switched out her diamonds. But the fact that she is clearly a naive, elderly woman who was treated uncomfortably by grown men says enough as is.
