Sure the other place I reviewed got me to where I was going but the drivers here seem more friendly, positive, and even willing to give tips when you ask them about the area. Bad Weather caused many delays in Charlotte and my plane into las Vegas was 3 hours late landing at 9:30pm- Commuter services is supposed to leave the airport at 9:30pm, so I knew I had missed the shuttle & had to find a hotel in Vegas for the night. I called to let Commuter Services know why I'd missed their shuttle. When Alan found out I was at the airport, he wouldn't leave without me. He met me at baggage claim to help me exit the airport after claiming my bag. We ended up driving away just after 10pm. What great service - I couldn't believe they waited for me- and a big thanks to the other patient shuttle passengers. Great ending to a very long day! Thank-you!

It was such a magical time cut out for my sister and I. We relaxed, soaked in the sun and the island life culture! Who knew the area was condider the tropics! Honestly this place is not my cup of tea. Has an ac inside and the mattress is so thin I think they found it out in the middle of the desert. Little shack isn't insulated, the ac can't keep up with the heat. Two stars because you can walk to the river that's the only good thing.

Upon entering the park, I was told I would have to pay $20 to retrieve my broken boat. I couldn't believe it. I've had to be towed to a launch ramp one time in the past. The compassionate employees at Topock 66 understood my dilemma and let me quickly recover my boat with no charge. I guess they figured I'd already had a bad enough day. No such luck at Needles Marina. So much for common decency. The $20 they made on me that day has lost them the hundreds of dollars I spend there on my two annual trips. Unconscionable.
