The River Dinner cruise was an amazing experience. There was nine of us dinning on board for a friends birthday party, the staff and crew were friendly, attentive and really made the party memorable. The bartender made some awesome drinks and the live music added a nice touch to the evening. The food was superb, my wife's and I prime rib dinner were cook to perfection ( medium rare) with seasoned veggies and potatoes, it went well with both my Old Fashion drinks...lol It can get buggy on the upper decks, but that's Mother Nature for you, it's still a very enjoyable setting as the boat cruise up and down the river .. $22.00 each for a 2.5 hour ride. Loading starts 30 minutes before you're scheduled to leave. If it's hot out there's an air conditioner on the bottom level and the top level is all open. A glass of wine was $7.00 and a glass of water $1.00 no outside food or drinks available. It was a beautiful ride with a recorded history of the area- the speaker was very loud. Friendly staff, very nice boat, smooth ride, nice bathrooms, great prime rib and lobster, fun live music, and overall a great two hour sunset ride up and down (in a loop) on the beautiful Colorado River literally on the Arizona Nevada state line. It was a relaxing fun trip. Great bar, too, with a wonderful selection of drinks. Steep steps to the boat from the entrance, with a broken elevator. So, no wheelchairs or walkers until they repair the elevator. Permanent sturdy signage stating that it's broken suggests to me that it's been broken for an extended period. read more

Well, I'm a bit bummed by no comps or discount on players cards.... well sh9uld ai say there is a discount if you have a card but you better be sure and advocate, cause they won't ask. I have taken the tour several times. Love it! This is my first time in the new boat. LOVE the bar and menu options. The staff is super friendly. Sound quality it mich improved. I got the bucket drink. Pretty good! The bugs are on another level, watch out! But I love this river, love the tour, even if it was crap I would give 5 stars. Take a tour, get educated, $19 you will burn that in 5 minvin the casino. I love the tour, love the history, love the boat ride. Love that the price is low. Second time doing this tour. We did the narrated tour since we had the teenage nephew and niece with us. We took our tour on a Friday at 2:30. Was in the area around 2pm and they let us in shortly. They have indoor and outdoor seating. Outdoor seating is upstairs. The have about 8 chairs per table sections and it's first come first serve type of deal. They have menus on the table. If you scan the QR code on the physical menu, you can check out there daily specials. (Usually alcoholic beverages) A server comes around and takes your order if you choose to have a drink or food or both. Portions are small but reasonable. You can hardly feel the boat moving when it's on the tour so you shouldn't be prone to motion sickness. The inside is air conditioned and there are restrooms inside if needed. The boat is clean and the narrated tour is very informative. It's a fun little tour to enjoy the afternoon on the river. Overall we enjoyed our time on this tour. read more

The food service was prompt. The food was a little salty for our tastes. We had the Chicken Marsala and Chicken Parmesan. Both were large portions. For $20, this is a nice little tour of the Laughlin riverfront. It doesn't go far--just back and forth in front of the hotels--but it does offer a lot of interesting history about Laughlin. We ordered some snacks, which were just okay, but the margaritas were disappointing--flavorless and not enjoyable. I instantly regretted ordering them. The service was fine, though not particularly friendly. However, I did appreciate the staff helping with my mom's wheelchair. Overall, it's worth it for the history and views, but skip the margaritas. read more

Sunset dinner cruise left something to be desired. We had the prime rib and it was not cooked as ordered. I asked for medium rare. The center was close, but the edge (which is my favorite part) was inedible to me...overcooked. The potatoes were pretty good. Rolls were not very good. Although the food wasn't great, the music, boat, and staff were great. Fabulous live musician...he was the best part. Cover songs, but still made his own in a great way. Really enjoyed sitting on top portion of boat, watching the water/scenery, listening to his music. The staff were friendly and attentive. However, for the cost, the food should've been better. I was in town with my family over Memorial Day weekend and wanted to do something different while enjoying the water and outdoors. I came across Laughlin River Tours and it looked like the perfect opportunity for some fun and fresh air and decided on the 1 1/2 hour river tour. There was five of us in our group including two children 9 years old and just over a year. We purchased our tickets online and it was super easy. Our tickets said to get to the dock a little early so we jumped on the water taxi from Harrah's and arrived in plenty of time. We got there a little early, which was good so we could be one of the first in line and pick our desired seats. Once boarding began, we went up to the top deck and picked a table with a great view. The top deck is open air but is also covered so that you don't get too much sun directly on you, it was quite nice! Once seated, we were immediately greeted by the staff and were able to order drinks and food. Service was great throughout the entire tour and we were promptly taken care of with every need. We ordered the Nachos with Brisket and the Brisket Sliders along with some refreshments. Everything came out quickly and although we didn't have too much expectations for the food...we were quite surprised and everything was delicious! To be honest, the food we had on the Laughlin River Tour was better than most food we had at various locations along the river at hotel restaurants! The boat has a kitchen on board with full staff where you can see them preparing all the food as ordered. It also has restrooms on board as well that were clean and fully serviceable. All in all this was a great tour and my whole family had a blast out on the river, we will definitely do it again and highly recommend it if you are looking to do something different, relax a bit and enjoy the fresh air! read more

We were celebrating a birthday and decided to take the Sunset Dinner Cruise. The service was wonderful. They had a list of guests and took us in by party. The tables were set up individually with each guest. They had a birthday greeting for us at our table. We were surprised at how well they had the tables set. Very elegant and 1st class. The dinner was presented nicely and the staff was great. We had Chicken Marsala and Salmon. Both came with vegetables. Honestly, I believe they were frozen, not fresh. The rice was really good! While the food was good, it could have been better. They served us a piece of cake for dessert that was pleasantly unexpected. The captain was pretty funny and easy to like. Unfortunately, a storm came in and we were unable to cruise the river. Then the generators went out for a bit. The entertainment upstairs was not able to start until 7:46, so that was a bit disappointing since the cruise was from 6-8, but things happen. He did stay 30 minutes so that was nice and the cool breeze was beautiful. Despite the unexpected, we still had a wonderful time. Truthfully, had the food been better I would have given five stars. My mom had salmon option that we asked to be prepared without any dairy and it was prepared the right way . It came with vegetables and rice and was delicious. Chicken Marsala was good too. We were invited to join a couple neighborhood couples for a birthday dinner cruise. I was warned about the need to prepay for the cruise, but was not ready for the cost per couple. Coming from Washington state where we owned several larger boats this seemed like a fun way to get some time seeing Bullhead City from the river. The actual cruise went perhaps 1 mile upriver then made a turn and went about another mile downstream. Not a lot to see in such a short distance. Once seated, our salads were already waiting for us. The salad was fresh and not bad flavor. We decided on the salmon dinner and were the only ones in our group that did not select the prime rib. Our meal included a 4-5 ounce fairly well-prepared salmon along with rice and steamed vegetables. Once again being former Washington State residents we were used to fresh caught salmon and this was not the same. My wife shared her salmon with another couple and commented that the Prime Rib was cooked well done and had zero flavor. Apparently, we made the right choice with the salmon, even if it had been frozen. I would suggest that a better way to have a meal would be to pick up a fresh pizza, a bottle of wine and enjoy the river from one of the many parks. The best part is that your credit card would be at least $150 happier. read more

We didn't know what to expect. But the reviews were mostly good. The river tour, itself, wasn't really a tour. Sure they had a pre-recorded narration playing, but you couldn't really hear it. The ride was fairly smooth and for the kids, wife and my in-laws, the lower deck, with AC and tables for dining was just right. There's a bathroom on board, too. The party crowd was on the upper deck, which had a sun shade, but was hot, nonetheless, on this 111°F day. If you're looking for a change of venue that is kinda fun for the kids, this might fit the bill. The mostly snack food was good, as were the drinks. I hear that the main draw is the dinner cruise which we might try another time. My 3 year old absolutely devoured his cheese pizza and hot fudge sundae, ditto for my 6 year old. My wife and I liked the cowboy nachos and the bucket of Modelo beers went down smoothly. My father-in-law's margaritas and my mother in law's strawberry daquiri were good, according to them. Don't expect a newer boat or updated decor. Expect a chill experience, decent food and a really nice crew and you'll expect a nice 90 minutes on the river. read more

Super underwhelming. I was under the impression we would be sailing up and down the Colorado River but we went about 1.5 miles in each direction before hitting u-turns. The 1.5 hour is misleading because it drives incredibly slow. It's honestly the same views from the riverwalk. Also it was extremely hot (not their fault) but I'm drenched. The drinks are expensive and watered down. It was cool but I wouldn't pay $50 bucks to do it again. We took the dinner cruise and it was rather nice. There is a base price with several food upgrades, bar, and live music. The bartender was bad. I had two drinks with nearly no alcohol in them. I had to send the second back. I thought the boat goes up and down the river, but no...it goes to the bridge then down to Harrahs and back. The seams of black gnats were frustrating, but not the operators fault. It's not a bad trip, but if I had a do over...I would have chosen the jet boat to London Bridge. read more
