We contracted with Homeway Homes (now Homeway Commercial) in June 2022. We initially worked with Jason Berger to choose a design and customize it to our specifications. We found Jason to be very easy to work with, knowledgeable of building code and experienced. Once the house plans were drafted and approved, we were assigned a project manager. We were lucky enough to be assigned Rich Schieler and he has been absolutely fabulous to work with. He is responsive and practical. He gives great suggestions and we haven't had any problems that he would t work through with us. Building a home requires forethought and lots of decision-making. Homeway Homes was there for us every step of the way. Our home is now complete and we are extremely happy customers! And contrary to the other review a few years ago, our cost was about $130 sf including sidewalks, patio and the coat of grass. Landscaping will be extra.

However, when I needed him to come back about a issue with something they had done and more work that we wanted them to do, he would not return my calls and emails, I finally got a hold of him and we set up a time for him to come over to look at some things but like another reviewer said he never showed up or had the curtosey to call and tell us he was not coming! Why do you contractores do this shit????? Do they think people have nothing better to do but sit around and wait on them??? I have not idea why he never came back over? We did not have a falling out or anything. And I paid him right away for the work that they did. Not very professional if you ask me! I would not recommend them.
