The man did not bring proper tools, kept saying he would, never did, and I ended up buying the tool to try and expedite. Owner never tried to provide tools needed and blamed the guy he hired. Week one was spent taking up 200 sq ft of old floor but not all the motar. Power said he had aa crew down with prior job. Could start Monday. I would have all three. I had 3 guys half a day. Ended up one guy, everyone else gone. Poor communication. One day I am told "tomorrow, final demo and dry fitting cement board. Didn't happen. There was another day of demo and some incorrect dry fitting. This is the point at which I said no more. What really sent me over the edge was they turned my water off on Wednesday and I advised multiple times I had an appointment and needed to leave by 230. The owner was supposed to come back before I.Left and turned the water back on. He texted me at two twenty seven and said he was about twenty minutes away. I was so mad and I had to go, so I did if they were. Said he'd come back that night later from Bloomington. I guess and turn the water back on, but I said, forget it. I tried to do it myself, and I couldn't, so I spent a night without water. It is so disrespectful, in my opinion to tell somebody. You will be there before they leave. But then don't be there, and they end up having a night without any water. I had new flooring company come out who said as they looked in the bathroom that they had broken my plumbing pipe.Now I have to have that replaced and have a drywall person in to fix that. I asked for a refund of the unspent.Amount I had paid up front. The owner is giving me the run. Around and now he won't respond at all. I have a lot of texts that show everything i'm saying, if anybody wants to see them. The owner told me that I have very unrealistic expectations. That could be true. But when the new flooring guys told me what it would take to fix the problems this company caused, it's less time than these guys already spent here. One of the workers for this company also told me that the they have been working on a job in Champaign for a month and a half, and they're nowhere near done. That's unverified by me. But now I have to sue this guy to get my money back. Also to get money for the plumbing that they damaged.And the drywall repair, which is another three hundred and fifty dollars. Beware. The values you read on their website which say what they are committed to are absolutely untrue, as it relates to my experience with them.

He made multiple failed promises to give me an estimate. Kept saying "I'll get it tonight," then "sorry I'll get it tomorrow", about 4 separate times he told me he'd send out the estimate but he never did. I asked for a refund on the 27th of July and he said no problem, I'll give it to my accounting department. A week passes by and no refund. I texted him multiple times. He said his accounting processes refunds on the 1st and the 15th of each month. I said okay, the 1st of August has already passed. Why don't I have a refund? "Sorry you'll definitely get the refund by the 15th". The 15th comes around and apparently the refund he sent got returned for an invalid address. I gave him a valid address. Now he claimed he would give me the refund through CashApp. I made a cashapp account and gave him my details to process a refund. Silence. I called him and he gave me his typical lie "oh I'll get it sent tonight." Tonight comes around and no refund is sent. Do NOT use his service. He is a liar, a fraud, and steals your money. I'm filing a small claims lawsuit against him to get my money back. All he had to do was send me a refund and all this would have been avoided, but he's dragging it out hoping I won't push it.

My renovation required not only covering these areas with aluminum composite material (ACM), but also new construction of the entry element and facade. As a dealer I had the option of choosing a manufacturer approved contractor or one that I preferred. My architect and I visited a Chevrolet dealer that 4-D Construction had recently completed this same facility upgrade for to gauge the quality of their work. We both were impressed not only by the quality of the new construction and ACM installation, but also by that dealer's level of satisfaction with 4-D Construction and owner Denver Rassi. We chose 4-D Construction for my renovation and I am completely satisfied with that decision. The crew was professional, the work was outstanding, and the project was finished on time. Since the completion of the project I have had great contact from Denver Rassi. I have occasional questions which Denver replies to promptly or stops by the dealership in person. My project was completed by 4-D Construction with savings of several thousand dollars over the next closest proposal. I have and will continue to recommend them to my peers.

I called David and got put on the schedule for January 2026 and they came and installed the system. They were very clean, neat and quite quick with how fast they were able to get the system installed. They only had to drill 1 hole for the mitigation, and after they left, I tested the radon levels over the last 3 weeks and we have not gotten a reading over 0.91ppm!!!! We are SO happy!!! He's been a tradesman in many of the fields he inspects so knows what he is talking about. It's just plain foolish to not have a home your going to throw a pile of money at inspected. It's just as foolish to "bargain hunt" to save a few bucks. With this being said, his price was very reasonable and even came in under the other person my real estate agent initially suggested. And he identified a very big potential problem for us which we are investigating now. Glad I used him! And he's a great guy too. Couldn't ask for more.
