Their rep was immediately hostile and said she did not have any order under my name or the recipient's name. She spoke as if it was my fault she could not find the order. She eventually found it. The picture shows what was provided on pickup. These are obviously grocery store flowers. They had no smell and generally looked cheap. Maybe this is personal preference, but the colors clash really badly. The hydrangeas look like their stems were stuck in dye to make them this shade of blue. For $75, this is incredibly disappointing - especially when I could have gone to a different florist and received a florist-quality bouquet.

The most recent contact I had was when a close family member's dog had suddenly passed away at the age of 15. A dog. This dog was very well known and extremely well loved to the point he was practically a sibling. I called to order sympathy flowers, and half way through the order I began to cry. Not just a sniffle, but a real cry when thinking about how dependent his owner was on that lovable,dark fluff of fur. Despite how silly I felt for crying over a dog, the lady who took my call treated me with the utmost dignity and respect. She was patient. She was kind. She truly understood. She didn't treat me any differently when I explained we were on a tight budget. Looking back now, she truly was amazing! Not only was the customer service outstanding, but the bouquet received by our family was reported as "outstanding". But I didn't really need that feedback, because the quality of the flowers over the last couple of decades has always been top notch from this florist. In closing, I appreciate this business and hope they continue with the same business model.
