Called about an hour before they closed to see if they could deliver flowers to my sister in Providence Hospital. She was very friendly and efficient. Agreed on the type of arrangement I would like and promised me my sister would soon be telling me how beautiful they were. They were delivered that afternoon as promised and when I next talked to my sister she told me how gorgeous they were and that everyone coming into the room immediately saw them and exclaimed how beautiful they were. I recently ordered my niece, who is a teacher, an arrangement from Beckham's and I can not describe her excitement. My niece has been having a hard time teaching during the pandemic, due to stress so I wanted to pick out something encouraging to remind her of the better times that are ahead. The owner was so sweet and helpful, she created an arrangement along with a cute swig cup and a scout bag and even sent it to my phone for my approval. I must say that as soon as I walked in I was greeted and helped. I was in need of an arrangement to help brighten the day of a young lady that just gave birth. I was never so disappointed in flowers as I was recently when I called to order them for a friend is the hospital right up the street from them. The person on the phone advised that perhaps, since it was the holiday season a real Poinsettia would be the way to go and they had just received their order of gorgeous pink ones. Not being a pink poinsettia person, questioned her again as to the quality of the plant. Again, she insured me that my friend and myself would be pleased with it. At NO time was the cost an issue. The charge for delivery seems a bit high, considering the distance between the hospital and florist shop, but wanted to cheer my friend up, and was assured she would receive them first thing in the morning. However, when speaking to her the next day, she acknowledged receiving the plant, and when I asked how they looked, she said they were nice. I asked her to text me a picture of same, and I was completely upset at seeing the size of the plant in relations to the cost of it. I've been to Kroger and Walmart and seen much nice and larger plants for half the price. So, would suggest you get a picture of live plants being sent or you too may be disappointed in what you get for the price you pay. MN read more

You would think I have known Ms. Sherhea all of my 26 years life. This past week, I called Beckham's Florist and Gifts in Mobile with a vision. My friend's father passed away. He and her family are Alabama fans, so I figured a plant or arrangement with a big houndstooth bow would do the trick. I gave Ms. Sherhea a budget and she made the unthinkable happen. The arrangement that she created killed what I had envisioned. It was much grander than an arrangement with a houndstooth bow. She is truly gifted and she cannot possibly meet strangers. I have NEVER experienced customer service that is comparable to hers. She was personable... We had a few laughs... Shared experiences... and I know that her arrangement will make my friend feel the love during one of the toughest times she will encounter. When I go to Mobile in the future, I literally have to stop by and show her my appreciation. Weird but true, all of this happened via telephone without a face. I rarely leave ratings, but I absolutely had to per my experience. You will not be disappointed if you shop here! I would give her an A++++++++++ if I had to grade her.
