I got engaged right before Covid happened, so I decided to push everything out two years, and I was worried it would be hard to find vendors. They made advanced planning a breeze! Everyone was incredibly professional all-around! I had the two photographers and two videographers package, and I'm so glad I did that! I felt like a queen on the day of my wedding; The whole team took care of my party and me the entire time! Justin was so friendly! It was a hot day in Texas, and I appreciated that they brought me water while we were outside taking pictures. They are seriously so kind and went above and beyond for my day! My photos and video came out amazing! I feel like my pictures could be in a magazine! I felt like I would be super awkward during my pictures, but they guided me the entire way and told us all how to pose so that it came across as more candid! We were all having such a good time that I had my guests coming up to me asking me if my photographers and videographers were my friends because they were so fun to be around! They also helped me with a timeline to help me feel organized, and we're very detailed about asking what kind of pictures I wanted! HIRE THEM!!!

When we got the photos our heart sank they were not what they were advertising on their website. They agreed to take these photos and did not deliver. There are missing photos such as Bride in her dress. There is not a single picture of the bride by herself with the full dress... We had a group photo taken of everyone at the event and no photo was recovered for that time just a photo 10 seconds after where people are not looking at camera. Group photos had no direction. Editing was sloppy, photos were overexposed and had poor composition (tons of non centered photos and wall with exit sign in background instead of the lovely venue we decorated). Tons of photos of people blinking. The two photos with my family they had were blinking Do not recommend they didn't show empathy after their terrible job and mistakes. We had a not so epic experience.

My husband and I hired April Pinto Photography to photograph and film our wedding (Oct. 4th, 2025),…read moreand we do not recommend this business for the following reasons: (1) Did not film full wedding ceremony. We paid an additional $500 for April Pinto Photography to film our entire wedding ceremony, from start to finish. Instead of filming the entire ceremony from a tripod -- as we discussed -- the videographer ran around the ceremony, stopping and starting the footage. Moments April Pinto Photography did not film include: (1) the groom's entrance, (2) the bride's entrance, and (3) the bride's father giving her away. We are missing 4 minutes of a 20 minute ceremony. April Pinto Photography refused to issue any sort of refund (despite not providing us with a "full unedited ceremony video", as dictated by our contact) or even apologize for messing up on the most important days of our lives. (2) Unprofessional Behavior. During the wedding: We received numerous complaints from guests about April's behavior and professionalism. She would yell -- rather than ask politely -- for guests to get in poses or take off glasses. In addition, she offended multiple guests by assuming relationship statuses (e.g., assume mother and son were married or wife and husband were father and daughter ), making guests feel insecure about their appearances and age. Before the wedding: We booked April without interviewing her. After we paid the deposit and had a video call, we felt she was very rude and condescending during our interactions. For example, my husband did not have a lot of opinions on photos, so he would defer to my opinion. April made multiple quips that "he must not care" about getting married and complained that he was "too camera shy" when he did not want one part of his getting ready moments photographed. We found April's behavior so unprofessional that we we began interviewing other photographers and were prepared to lose our $900 deposit. Unfortunately, we could not find someone in time so we attempted to mitigate contact by directing April to only communicate with us through our wedding planner. However, April refused to respect this boundary and would blow up our phones whenever our wedding planner messaged her -- despite both us and our wedding planner having multiple conversations that all communication needed to be through our wedding planner and that she was not to contact us directly. If there is one upside, it's that we do like how our wedding photos turned out. However, working with April Pinto Photography was an overwhelmingly negative experience, and we cannot recommend this business in good faith to anyone -- especially on one of the most important days of a person's life.

I took my 15 month old here for holiday pictures. Photography studios hardly exist anymore. You have to make a $20 deposit to reserve an appointment. The photographer was very nice and took fantastic photos of my baby even though he was cranky at first. Overall we got 15 good shots. It's amazing what they can do with a green screen and a few props. My favorite picture is the one with Santa. That's right, you don't have to take your kid to the cootie filled mall to sit on a stranger's lap to get a picture with Mr. Claus! They can create a picture with a Santa! And I really appreciated that the Santa was black! I don't know the odds of finding a black mall Santa. I assume they also have all the other race Santas covered too, but I was so over the moon excited and didn't ask. Other pictures included a Christmas tree and milk and cookies. The pictures are crisp and clear. I can't wait to come back for more special occasion photos.

I have saved all of the text correspondence with both he and his enabling girlfriend. I also have proof of the full refund I issued him, as the photoshoot was canceled. He is extremely verbally abusive and scary. He harassed me for quite some time. I've never met him, until he booked a shoot with me. He is a very angry, aggressive, scary, and a massive bully. I have the proof. I don't believe he likes or respects women. Charges are being pressed. I'll be pressing charges against Yelp too.
