Thanks to 4 Seasons Air !!. They saved us $2,000 and did a great job on furnace replacement in cold weather. The other company kept pushing they were getting us a deal and needed to move quickly since supplies were low. We called 4 Seasons, and they sent a "technician", not a salesman and he explained the entire process. He called his office, and they emailed a bid. We were ready and they sent a person to go pick up the furnace and the technician started removing the old furnace. I asked the person that picked up the furnace if supplies were low and he said their supplier had plenty in stock. He said in the winter all the furnace suppliers stock up. He stayed until 8:00 PM and had the furnace up and running. Never had a cold night. Great service and follow-up!! Referred them to friends and everyone has been happy !! read more

4 Seasons Air installed my mini split system after I saw a promo through Lowe's. This was my first home project so I was pretty nervous, especially with a $9200 investment in my home. First, I can't recommend 4 Seasons enough. They were experts at explaining the process, much better than Lowe's. If I had questions, I called the office and Jo Ann went above and beyond what I expected. Install took about 4-5 hours and it was estimated to take 6-8. The guys answered all of my questions in easy to understand language. When they left everything was done including the warranty being activated. They explained maintenance and what I need to do to keep the system running at peak efficiency. Lastly, the system I had installed works amazingly well. I love being able to have different parts of my house different temps and can program my remote for a time range of a specific temp. Through the Lowe's rebate and my electric company reimbursement, I saved $1600 which really helped bite the large initial cost. I'll be using 4 Seasons for my maintenance on this unit. I called 4 Seasons Air at 9 a.m. on 10/15. The HVAC company that installed our system was not available that day and we needed it fixed asap. 4 Seasons Air told me they had a guy that could come out between 10 and 10:30 that morning. At 11 a.m. no one had come or called yet so I called and the woman who answered the phone told me that he left 15 minutes ago and should be pulling in any minute. No one had still shown up or called by 11:40 a.m. so I called again and asked if she could tell me what was going on. I explained to them I did have to leave to pick up my daughter and I couldn't wait too much longer. She told me she would call me right back. She called me about five minutes later and told me his new ETA would be 1:30 that afternoon. I let her know I would not be there but I explained that the access panel to the furnace was on the side of the house where the garage was. I was able to make arrangements to have a family member pick up my daughter from school so I was there at 1:30 when the Four Seasons van pulled in the driveway, he slowed down a little bit, then went around the circle and pulled out right out without stopping. I ran after the van and ran down the driveway trying to flag him down. At that time I called the company and I asked the lady what the heck was going on because I had just chased him down the driveway and he didn't even stop and call, he just left. She told me she would call him right away and she hung up. The van turned around and came back up the driveway. The guy gets out and I said what the heck is going on and he said that 'the house didn't match the description'. I don't know what description he was talking about. So I explained to him that I had been waiting for 4 hours at this point and I was out of time and that I had a small business which is finches and they were dying because of the chill. He had no apologies and did not even introduce himself. He climbed under the house took a look at the unit and told me that the main control board was fried (we knew this from troubleshooting ourselves but the board can only be ordered through licensed HVAC contractors). He told me that he would get on the phone with the secretary immediately and that they would have the part ordered if they did not have one in stock. He said he wasn't sure when they could come back to fix it, but it could possibly be that same day but he didn't want me to depend on that. No problem. He said worst case scenario the part would be overnighted and they would be out Tuesday morning (the next day) to fix it as he understood I was without heat. I was very grateful that they were taking it serious he told me that the secretary would call me in the morning with an ETA. Tuesday Morning rolls around and I haven't heard from anybody, I finally called them at 2pm. The secretary told me that the tech arrived back to the facility the day prior it was too late for her to order the part. That's not what he told me he said he was going to call her and order the part of immediately. So then I asked why the past hadn't been ordered yet this say, as it was already 2 p.m.? She replied that it was on her list of things to do and she would let me know when she had the part ordered. Temperatures were dropping and I have my kids sleeping at my mother's house because I'm afraid they're going to get even more sick because of this chill overnight. So I called the company back that originally installed the furnace, they were able to send someone out the next day. I had my fiance call Four Seasons and tell them to go ahead and cancel the order (that they had not placed yet) because we have no idea at this point if she was going to be able to even get to it by the end of the week when he said it would be done the next day. On 10/18 I receive a bill from 4 seasons Air for $151.50. I called the company and I spoke to Brad or Brandt I'm not sure, and he tells me that he was unaware of all the stuff that the secretary said to me or the fact that they had messed up on the service times and making it out to the house but that he was currently out on the road and he would look into it and call me back. On 12/5/18 I get a call from either Brad or Brandt (not the one I spoke to on 10/18, the other one), and he tells me that when I spoke to the other man I had agreed to pay the service fee. I told him I did not say any such thing and I had been waiting for a call back. I had assumed that they were so appalled by their unprofessionalism and inability to get the unit fixed in the time that they specified so they had dropped the bill. Imagine my surprise when he said he was going to send it to collections and that he doubted I would hire an attorney over $150. He also treated me like I was lying when I told him about chasing the technician down the driveway and about what the secretary said about ordering the part. Completely unprofessional, every single person I dealt with. read more

If I could give a negative review I would. Our ac unit broke early this spring while still under home warranty. Our home warranty sent us in the direction of 4 Seasons Air. A gentleman came out and inspected the unit, he was nice and informed us that it could be repaired or replaced. We decided to replace the unit, with the home warranty paying a portion, and is paying the remaining amount. We were quoted for a new unit, using existing electrical. Once they replaced it, it work nicely.....for two days. We were told we have a ten year warranty and it had only been two days. We called the after hours repair that Saturday and someone was out the following day to assess the issue. When he arrived it took him all 5-10 minutes to identify and fix the problem. It was the breaker in the box, 15 vs the 25 needed for the ac unit to work safely. The man left after checking a few other things, and three days later we received a bill for $322. Only $38 was for the breaker, the rest was divided up on the bill as calling and after hours service. We called the company confused because we thought this would be covered under the warranty. The woman who answered then got aggressive and told us it wasn't "their problem" and told us someone would be in contact with us about the issue. We waited two weeks, and called back. The woman gave us the same answer, stating she talked to her boss who said they were all chargeable items, and again someone would call us back. Again, no call. We then filed a complaint through the Better Business Bureau. In the company's response was that it was not their fault that the breaker wasn't compatible and it was not there job to assure it was. It is completely crazy to me that the only thing they are worried about is money and not my house burning down with a child and pets living here. To install a large electrical unit without checking to make sure if is compatible is negligent and possible electrical/fire hazard. It is crazy to me that the sent us a bill for $322 without any disclosure of payment needed before leaving. It is also crazy that they believe it is up to us, two people who are not certified in electrical work, are supposed to check there work to make sure it's safe. I will be calling the home warranty place to make sure that they don't have this company endangering anyone's lives or homes in the future. read more

As a professional architect, although the system they installed works great, their business practice is extremely lacking. First, they did not keep promises made. Second, the system after a 7 months was not cooling and had to have it serviced. The tech did not know what work the company had performed. Third, they invoice me for poor workmanship on their part (lack of freon). I disputed the Invoice right off, and they never replied. And fourth, 11 months later, they turn the "outstanding invoice" to a collection agency. Unfortantely, a very poorly run business that you can not trust to keep their word or perform their work in a professional manner. read more

I purchased a Trane Heat Pump system from Lowe's. 4 Seasons Air is the contractor Lowe's used, or partners with to deliver and install they system. This has been the most horrible experience I have ever had. They never showed up when they said they would be there. The work is terrible. They have changed the way they were supposed to install the system several times. It is still not installed as it was supposed to be. I would not recommend this business and would not recommend Lowes. My advise, use a qualified local contractor. read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER!!! I purchased a new Furnace and Air Conditioner November 2010. The issues started pretty much from the start. First with the Furnace, they were supposed to come back and fix, but never showed up so my husband took it upon himself to fix it. Then, last summer, in the heat of the summer (which again was less than 6 years from the purchase date) it started freezing up. I was lied to by the office which told me that they did not do the install and that was why they were not willing to work a FAIR charge with me, which I was told today that they only merged with another company, that they did install the unit. I told you on the phone today that I'm not unreasonable. I don't expect anything for free, that I was more than willing to split the charge with you, you stated you had no knowledge of my request. Then I read you the letter from your office stating your company was not willing to split the $700 charge to fix a unit that was less than 6 years old, you then said you'd have to discuss with your partner. I'm guessing your decision is to bill me $315 to tell me it's broken (manufacturers defect), tell me you're going to order the part, call me to pay the $315 bill when you never came back to fix it (dropped the ball again, huh?), FINALLY come back to fix it and then charge me another $350 to fix it. I'm sorry, but your customer service stinks. This is not how you treat customers. I guess $332.50 is worth more than your reputation of taking care of your customers.
