We have used 4 Seasons for about 2 years now to provide care for my mother. The young lady, Elsa who was responsible for assigning the care givers was extremely kind, professional and always responsive. The nurse who did the assessments also was really good at her job and showed nothing but genuine care for my Mum. There were two providers that took care of my mother and one of them was really great!!! I would give her an A+. She is truly one of a kind. The caregivers provided by 4 Seasons were not professional at all. One smoked. One failed to come. And one went to sleep and then allowed my mother to fall in the shower causing a second hip fracture! I would never recommend using them. read more

This place is horrible I went to apply I compleyed the application and test, only to be turned away due to the loss of my arm. I have CNA LICENSE AND BLS. Inspite of the car accident that nearly k me I continue to maintain my certifications and treat my clients with respect and dignit. If I'm not getting SOCIAL SECURITY I HAVE TO WORK. My uncle is in need of a lot of care after his hip replacement surgery. Living in a two-story house with no stair lift to help him down the stairs, we knew we couldn't let him be home alone. The 4 Seasons owner came and personally evaluated him free of charge! They recorded all his information in a neat little binder for his caregiver to look over and update. The caregiver was patient with my uncle even with him wanting to go up and down the stairs multiple times, so sweet she was. It takes a lot off my plate as a mom of two kids not having to worry about driving 40 min all the way there everyday to check on him.The Staff at 4 Seasons are very friendly and care a lot about their clients and caregivers, they are a lifesaver! read more

I found 4 Seasons Home Care on line and when I called I spoke with a JoAn in the office and she gave me some great information and was able to answer several questions I had in regards to Home Care, it was very helpful. After a few days of discussing with my sister on what we wanted to do for our mother, I then called 4 Seasons Home Care back. Then had the RN & Owner, Lou Ann, come out to evaluate our mother. Once that was done we decided that we would start with a caregiver three days a week. The caregiver that showed up was an Angel, very sweet, patient and got along with our mother very well. So I have to say 4 Seasons has been helpful to my sister and I in helping out with our mother. Even the staff in the office is always very helpful and caring. My brothers & I had to find extra care for our 78 year old Mom recently, she was in a Rehab facility & had Dementia and needed some extra care and attention. They sent an excellent Nurse assistant out who stayed with my Mom every day for a week. The Nurse would talk to her and keep her company when we could not be there, as well as help the other Nurses at the facility so it was a real blessing. About three weeks later My Mom had been in a Nursing Home, we brought her home as she was not looking too well and we had 4 Seasons send out Nurses 24/7 in 12 hour shifts to help look after Mom at home. Mom passed away a few days later in our home and the 4 Seasons nurses were just awesome, they helped clean her, administer medications, change bedding, keep her comfortable, and were just there with her around the clock. If you need Nursing assistants at home or anywhere else, I can definitely recommend 4 Seasons Nursing care, Great people, very trustworthy and honest, and they really do care in my opinion. read more

My 79 year old mom is my 86 year old dad's caretaker. My mom fell and broke her shoulder recently. I had just attended a meeting at Piedmont Church the week prior on caretaker information. Little did I know that I would need this service so quickly. I called 4 Seasons. LouAnn came to meet with my mom and me and was assigned the nicest caretaker in our home 2 days later. We really loved the one-on-one service from the owner. We told LouAnn of all our concerns. 4 Seasons came to our rescue. I was so pleased with the lady they sent to us. She was sent straight from heaven. She feels like family. Not only did they take care of my father with Alzheimers, they helped my mom after shoulder surgery. I can't tell you how much having 4 Seasons in my parents home helped me feel at ease during my time at work. I checked on them daily, but knowing my parents were taken care of was utterly amazing and comforting to me. My mom is doing much better and we have suspended the service for now. I have the 4 Season's number in my phone so I can call for any additional assistance and LouAnn assures me she will have help as soon as I need it.
