Because he had done good work for me previously, I allowed him to start the work while I was out of…read moretown. When I returned, I discovered that the work was incomplete, the yard was rutted from his machinery, the wood chips had been blown into the wrong area, and the stumps hadn't been cut to the ground. He agreed to come back and finish the job. He didn't, and when I finally got him to answer my emails/calls, he pled poverty and asked for more time which I was happy to provide. But, once again, he didn't return and refused to answer calls or emails. I filed my complaint with the BBB and, after 8 months of trying to get him to honor his contract, moved on. Look carefully at the most current reviews of this company.

They will be here again tomorrow to deliver more and to give me an estimate on some red mulch for my front yard (the base only uses brown.) They were very professional, I paid the price they have on their website for a 4x8 stack. I would not have paid anything but had the price magically changed en route to my house - but it did not. Personally I really don't see the problem here? Unless things have changed dramatically since 2016 for the better I highly recommend these folks for fire wood delivery. They also deliver of Fort Belvoir and their wood burnt WAY better then most I've had delivered here. It was almost too seasoned, but was fine.
