I sent him a bill for my expenses to finish the job and he never paid it or acknowledged receiving it. Nor has he volunteered to refund money paid up front for work not finished. Some of his work wasn't very good so I had to correct that too. I give this company one BIG ZERO for a rating. I don't care what past good ratings he's gotten. If you hire him don't pay him everything in the beginning even if he says that's his way because in the past he's been stiffed by customers not paying the full bill at the end. He claims he build the walls correctly, but every landscaper that has come to look (to fix) has said he didn't add the drainage rock or pipe for proper drainage. I will have to pay out the same amount I paid him, because the walls need to be removed and rebuilt. I hate writing bad reviews, but I don't want anyone to be in my situation.
