Luke came in, assessed the situation, and... worked his magic‼ He leveled the area around the house and driveway (which was one of the problems from the previous GC), put down fabric, then had gravel delivered and he spread it out. He even went beyond what we expected‼. And as a testimony to his quality of work, the next day after he had finished, we had a heavy rain. There was no ponding, and the water flowed away from the house. And still, months after he had finished (yes, it took me this long to write a review) and with still frequent rain, we are not sinking into the wet ground (like we used to) when we walk around the house A little note: prior to working with this company, we had tried to reach out to a few others. Some would not call back, others would ask questions as to why do we want things done this way. And others were just seriously overpriced. Can't get service providers to call you back, or they send you to collections because they posted your payment to someone else. Bad service runs the gamut and Cascade Rain is no different. I can honestly say they do good work- IF you can get them to answer your call or even return your call. Hey, Cascade- if you're too busy to take on work, even for past customers, can't you return a call? At the very least, maybe put the message in your phone greeting; "Sorry, not taking on any extra new work right now". That way I don't waste days waiting for you to call before I try to find someone who will show up.

During the remodel, the quality of work reflects an unskilled DIY workmanship and had to have them come back and fix brand new plumbing and toilet that was told is good to go, which started leaking after install and said that's normal which it's not. Next item is we ordered new doors to be installed and some of the ones ordered were not the right size and had to wait for a new one. Secondly the top of our brand new holocore door was cut completely off so you can put your hand inside the door. Overall we are glad the project is done but I would not consider hiring this company again for future projects. The owner is a good guy but this experience has left me wishing the quality of work recieved reflected ​the cost of what we paid.

He identified trees that were dead, dying or could be a threat to our home and property in a wind event, and gave us a detailed estimate within hours. Adam and his crew were excellent in communicating the process of how they would go about carefully removing each tree in order to avoid damaging our home or other trees and plants. The Beardance climbers were amazing pros, scaling 80 plus foot trees to remove limbs, in order to lighten the load prior to felling. The crew chipped limbs and cleaned up each day prior to leaving. In the end, after felling, they made the extra effort to buck up each trunk into 16" sections placing them on an accessible location of our property in order for friends and neighbors to take as firewood.
