They demanded to come see it, spent less than 5 minutes at the property (I don't think anybody even went on the roof) and then demanded I needed to get on the phone with them. When I got on the phone with them they told me it would be $1,500 (over triple what we were quoted elsewhere), and I immediately declined. They then condescendingly told me if I take the cheap route it would ruin the house, while not knowing who the other company is or what the quote even is to do. When I read their quote in depth the only additional think they were charging for was a roof inspection when they advertize that their estimates are free. Just a giant waste of everybody's time.

Red White And Roofing is a Dallas company but trying to establish themselves in the Austin area. What stood out about RWAR is that Colten walked my through my insurance options carefully and helped educate me about the different styles of roof options. He ended up upgrading me to a Class 3 at no additional charge. I spoke with MANY a roofer over the past few weeks and none of them offered me that. They worked on it about a week later and they got it all done that afternoon in about 5 hours or so. They replaced damaged and rotting gables which was where some rain would sometimes get into when it would storm badly, they replace those with beautiful white gables that sealed up those areas and caulked other things and it's stormed since the roof was fixed and there have been no more leaks. Plus they sent me a Thank you card and a bucket of cookies! If you're going to get your roof fixed don't hesitate to call these folks and have it done right.
