They also always give you a free little water bottle every time which is a nice touch. I am always doing an extra 10 minute massage bc it's literally the best massage. I didn't ask for a nail shape so i was given the regular square, but i'm looking at them now and they appear a bit flare which i'm also not a fan of at all. the people are very quiet when i went in so it wasn't a very communicative place. The technician nicked me pretty bad while rushing through the cuticle cut. She didn't take special care after causing me to bleed, and I kept bleeding till the end of the service. Not great. My gel pedicure looks pretty cool, though could have been a bit more accurate. HOWEVER, I have to give credit to the other staff here who did an excellent job. My cousin's technician for her pedicure did an excellent job and helped brighten the mood for the entire process. Additionally, when my cousin got a manicure, her technician was amazing! He put such careful detail into perfecting her nails and asked for feedback. The atmosphere in here is bright and feels luxurious. While I didn't have the best time during my service, I'd be willing to try again based on the experience I had with the other technicians.
