The wax is kept at a perfect temperature and I never got red, like when they use the strips to pull off the wax. Sammy explained STEP BY STEP what she was doing, and music was playing in the background.. One thing that Sammy does that I found very interesting is she waxes the outer part of your nostrils ( there is a small charge.) The wax is molded into shapes this can only be done with hard wax.. I decided to try it.. I couldn't believe how much better I could breath.. I must say Sammy did a wonderful job and I am completely satisfied!!! My eyebrows look great! Since I went during the middle of the day I was the only one there and was quickly taken back by one of the associates to get started. The space was clean and had nice ambiance music playing in the background. The facial was extremely relaxing as she exfoliated, used some light tool and did some extractions.
