The spa is located in a little storefront tucked away in Watchung right off of the highway and there's some parking in the back. As you walk in there's lots of products that you can purchase after your service and a little lounge area. Since I went during the middle of the day I was the only one there and was quickly taken back by one of the associates to get started. The space was clean and had nice ambiance music playing in the background. The facial was extremely relaxing as she exfoliated, used some light tool and did some extractions. My favorite part by far was the shoulder massage towards the end. It's crazy how quickly 75 minutes go by when you're in full relax mode. Can't wait for my next facial! They know patients are busy and have little time to solve medical billing issues. So, she successfully keeps running her scam. Because it works for her! That's how she make BIG money. I would never ever go there again!!! She is dishonest and staff from front desk to assistants are all in on the billing scam.
