Once she saw that he was not going to exchange it and they had signs, she complied and left him with the defective product and went to leave, even though he was rude, that part is forgivable. I've mentioned this to store employees and never have they offered to make it right. The second pulsar e-nail I bought from these guys roughly six months ago has never worked properly since day one. I went through buying different titanium and quartz pieces because every time I had stopped in and mentioned these issues, the answer always was that it couldn't be that. After 6 months of wasting money on this thing, I got a heat temp gun and this thing is off by almost 300 degrees. I'm just glad it didn't burn my house down. Given what I've spent here, and dealing with staff who give you the vibe that it's an inconvenience to address or report these issues, I won't be a returning customer.

They may have recently acquired these, but IMO that is no excuse for a lack of knowledge or professionalism. I recently went in here because I was low on e-juice and was hoping to grab something to avoid reverting to smoking. I'd been vaping for a few months and very experienced and knowledgable with pens, mods, coils, tanks, and juices. There was 1 person working that was helping a customer when I walked in with my sister. I was not greeted when I entered and although the person they were helping was new to vaping and had lots of questions I listened while the staff person minimally explained the pen workings; even fundamentals on filling the tank with juice. If I had been asked I would have stated that I knew exactly what I wanted and would have been out of there in under 2 minutes but since I wasn't and they were inept I was there for more than 25; unbelievable. I will spare the details on how their pens weren't charged so the 1st customer nor myself could sample the e-liquid and how the staff person was completely bewildered when I removed my tank and offered for them to put their tank on my mod so at least this new guy could pick something that wouldn't want to make him throw it out and give up; or sick. I eventually purchased some Vaporillo's juice, on names only, which turned out to be the worst selection ever. Either the liquid was mislabeled or it was outdated/old and wouldn't give it to my worst enemy. Which I've commented on the Vaporillo's site as well. Bottom line this place has a large selection of cigars and cigarettes and should stick to those. Anyone wanting e-cig products should spend the $2 and 20 minutes in gas to find a real vaping shop in Raleigh.

Earlier this week I stopped at the Tobacco Barn for the first time to see if they carried Delta 8…read morecartridges. I purchased a cart manufactured by Hemp Vibes and had a very pleasant exchange with Shan, the manager. Very soon after my purchase, 4-5 draws on the cart, it wasn't hitting. When I returned to the store for some assistance I was helped by Parker. Parker explained to me that my pink battery wasn't powerful enough for the cartridge that I had purchased since it was long and the coils were burnt. He said I needed a new battery. So I purchased a new battery and tried the cart on it. At the time, it appeared to be hitting again. After 24hrs, the cartridge again was not functioning properly. I returned to the store this morning and purchased another Hemp Vibes cartridge with Parker, letting him know that the original one I purchased just wasn't working. I had to return to the store five hours after leaving because the new cart I purchased stopped hitting after 4-5 draws. Again the cart had burnt, but this time it was on the recommended battery! He opened another Hemp Vibes cart, let me try it, and after 4-5 puffs THAT one burnt!!! At this point I'm beginning to feel that I DID NOT burn up the original cart. 3 carts in a row from Hemp Vibes burnt. Unfortunately, Shan was unwilling to hear mine and Parker's explanation about what happened when he called her to see what he might be able to do for me. She shut him down with a NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES POLICY. So I'm out $97.11!!! Parker did what he could and seems knowledgeable. I blame management for VERY POOR customer service. If you have a defective product, your customer should not be eating that cost! Take it up with your supplier! I won't be shopping here again, nor will I purchase Hemp Vibes. Would have given "0" stars if I could have!
