So I searched up and found Right Time, which is conveniently located right in the atrium. Out of all price quotes, Right Time had the cheapest price quote which was $35 + tax compared to the $40 $45 price quotes. And Gabriella, the business owner, estimated it would take 1 hour for the repair. Which is amazing compared to the other estimates I got. So I dropped by around 1 and returned an hour later at 2 and my watch was fixed almost like new. The glass of the crystal is slightly raised above the height of my actual watch so you can feel the bump and so now I have to be even more careful. I'm still happy with the repair and the workers there were super nice. I'd totally return to get my watch fixed if it needs fixing again, which hopefully doesn't happen. Totally recommend.

But what really sets them apart from other Toronto jewellers is they are also an AD of two notable German watches, Sinn and NOMOS, which seems to be a rare thing to be in all of Canada from what I've seen. Was informed that if for example there's a Sinn model or reference they don't have, they can look into ordering for you. A spacious and brightly lit shop it is. They offered me some water as I browsed around; on a couple subsequent visits a couple associates actually remember me. They've been all patient and respectful as I try on a few pieces or try to discuss a deal; honestly the impeccable service and knowledge here couldn't be commended enough. It's a haggle kind of place, so prepare to negotiate if you do see something you want. I tried a price on for size on an item I've been shopping for awhile and their first offer seemed about 30% over market value. I didn't bother to go any further because I wasn't that interested in the piece they had, so it's possible we could have gotten close to a deal with a back-and-forth. Take-away? I might stop in if I happened to be around but it's not worth a special trip unless you already know they have something you want.

Anyways, the first time I walked into the store, Alex greeted me with a friendly hello and ask what I can be helped with. After explaining my situation, he gave me an honest recommendation saying he will gladly do the cleaning, BUT he does not recommend it due to moisture going into the watch. Afterwards, I came back the second time and did the repair regardless of the moisture. I gave my watch to him, and after 3-4 days, I came back to pick it up. He returned the watch in absolute pristine condition. Better than the day I purchased it. Pros: - Alex is very knowledgeable regarding watches and clocks - also, provided me with professional advice and recommendations - very professional regarding repairs - Authorized dealer for many brands Cons: - He charges I believe $8 for a battery change. Seems a bit more then some other watch repair stores, but it certainly is not expensive. Other than that, there isn't really any cons. Conclusion: I recommend it. He is very respective regardless of what you own and very professional when it comes to opening up your watch for repairs. Cheers
