Thach and his wife had the patience of saints to sit down with us for 2 hours to educate us on the 4 C's of a diamond, lab vs. mined, sizing, settings, literally any question and concern we could think of - Thach took seriously and alleviated our thoughts. Overall, it was a very pleasant, low pressure experience and to seal the deal, the pricing was unbeatable when we compared to online retailers. The cherry on top was that we were visiting from Vancouver, and Hollywood Diamond was able to get the ring completed for us in 10 days! (A girl can dream a little.) So years ago I sent my BF a picture of a ring. I didn't think he would have saved it and it was a low resolution photo too (our phones' quality weren't as great as they are now). He told me he went to Hollywood Diamond with this photo and they worked with him every step of the way to recreate this ring. They showed him the diamonds available. They also taught him how to look at diamonds and understand the quality of each. They had a prototype made so he can see how the band would look before placing the diamonds on. They did a few adjustments until it was perfect. He told me the whole process took less than a month. I'm so in love with my engagement ring. It is a dream come true! I no longer have to look at photos since I can wear it in reality. I did have to get my ring resized. Did you know that your fingers thin during the winter? They gave me those ring guards for free! We recently returned to Moshe for a bundle of watch battery replacements. Although the mall was very quiet, there was a steady stream of customers in the store. We were noticed immediately at the door and the gate opened to let us in. We were quickly greeted by another staff, who asked what we needed (which was 5 watch battery replacements on this occasion.) She let us know that we could check the items in for the work and return in half an hour. We left to browse the mall and duly returned not too much longer than the allotted half an hour. Once again, we were immediately let back in the store. I recognized the lady who attended to us for the pickup. She advised that one of the watches was not in fact working. Her assessment was that it likely wouldn't be worth investing more money into fixing. The other 4 watches were all ready to go, complete with updated date and time settings on all of them. I really appreciated that they will recognize the value of not using a credit card, and give a discount accordingly. In the past, the proprietor Ray spent a patient and fulsome amount of time with me to review pieces I was interested in. I also like that they update their inventory regularly, so there's always something new to look at for an upcoming occasion. It was the only reason we had for going to Promenade, and definitely worth returning.
