Shane laid out all my options suggesting ways I might be able to address the issue myself to save me money and shared with me the materials and products I might use and how to go about it, even offering to sell me some of his inventory. I ultimately had his shop do the work because I could tell they had integrity and would take pride in a job well done and would do their absolute best. And they did. The driver did not call police or turn over insurance. Bumper to bumper did not come through with insurance. Police said it was too late for me to make a report. Bumper to Bumper did not take responsibility! Also they did not clean interior roof. The auto body on the property tried to paint bumper and there are drips running down bumper.
