When you get there they have a cute waiting area with drinks, snacks & WiFi. I worked while I was there with no issues. The sales rep shows you all the different types of tint they offer on a wall, and then she walked me through a shop to show me how what level of tint would look like on a car if it already had stock tint on the windows and if the interior had a dark vs lighter interior. She also walked me outside to her car, showed me what she got and had me sit in it to feel the heat reduction. Overall it was a great experience. Pricey, but great experience!

Like many of you, I scoured the reviews as I don't want just any shop putting their grubby mitts on my Lucien. Safe to say, the reviews brought me in, the customer service (Chris, Thiago, team) is always very pleasant and personable, and the actual work is flawless. I get regular details in addition to the ceramic coating (pictured) to protect Lucien from the damage and destruction of FL sun-rays of death. You NEED TINT and ceramic coating to protect your exterior, interior, and mitigate the heat brewing inside-- Ceramic looking like glass and the water beads off it! I got a new car in January and it was extremely hot inside, to the point that my phone would warn me it was shutting off certain features if I left it on the passenger seat while driving with the AC on. A friend recommended ceramic tint and Darth Shader. I was mostly looking for heat reduction over aesthetics but my car looks great.
